Therefore, there is a problem of occurrence of secondary pollution. On the other hand, the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention has a function of changing a substance that emits a malodor into a malodorous substance by its oxidation catalytic action, and the deodorant effect is semi-permanent, and The deodorizing action is achieved without causing the problem of secondary pollution.

ものである。In the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention, 0.5 to 7 parts by weight of copper ions are supported with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber polymer component due to the interaction between the unsaturated bond of the rubber polymer in the rubber latex and the copper ions. . The deodorant rubber latex of the present invention is, for example, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), acrylate-
Butadiene rubber (ABR), styrene-butadiene rubber (S
BR), chloroprene rubber (CR), butadiene rubber (BR)
Copper is supported on a rubber polymer such as the above. The deodorant rubber latex of the present invention having the above-mentioned constitution can be easily prepared, for example, by adding a copper salt aqueous solution of copper sulfate, copper chloride, copper nitrate, copper acetate, etc. to a predetermined rubber latex and thoroughly mixing them. are those obtained, ethylenic double bonds which comprises the rubber polymer in the rubber latex (-CH = CH-), a cyano group (-C≡N), by a phenyl group (-C 6 H 5) or the like not Due to the interaction between the saturated bond and the copper ion, the copper is stably supported in the rubber polymer. The copper salt aqueous solution added to the rubber latex when obtaining the rubber latex of the present invention preferably has a concentration of about 0.1 to 10 wt.%. Further, the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention having the above-mentioned constitution is utilized as a deodorant rubber molded body obtained by molding in the same manner as a molded product of a conventional rubber latex, or, for example, foam rubber or paper. , And is used as a deodorant substance obtained by impregnating and adhering to a base material composed of a fiber sheet, a fiber aggregate, or the like.

CH-), cyano group (-C≡N), phenyl group (-C 6 H 5)
Due to the interaction between the unsaturated bond and the copper ion due to the like, copper is supported in a stable state with respect to the rubber polymer, and by the transfer of electrons of the copper supported on the rubber polymer, The rubber polymer serves as an oxidation catalyst. Then, by the action of this oxidation catalyst, the offensive odor substances such as ammonia, amines, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, indole and carbonyl compounds are immediately subjected to the oxidation action by oxygen in the air, and the malodorous substances in the oxide state. By changing to, the deodorizing effect is achieved. Deodorant substance obtained by using the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention, that is, deodorant rubber molding obtained by subjecting the deodorant rubber latex to the same molding as a molded article of conventional rubber latex The deodorizing performance of the body or, for example, the deodorant substance obtained by adhering the deodorant rubber latex to a substrate made of foam rubber, paper, a fiber sheet, a fiber aggregate, or the like is as described above. This is based on the action of the copper ion oxidation catalyst in the deodorant substance, but the composition of the copper ion oxidation catalyst is not always clear. However, it is presumed that the mechanism of the oxidation catalyst of copper ions in the deodorant substance is based on the reaction represented by the following formula. P ... (I) + O 2 → P ... Cu (II) + ・ O 2 − P ... Cu (II) RSH → P ... Cu (II) ... HSR 2 P ... Cu (II) ... HSR + ・ O 2− → R− S-S-R + H 2 O 2 + 2P ... Cu (I) 2P ... Cu (II) ... HSR + 2H 2 O 2 → R-S-S-R + 2H 2 O + 2P ... Cu (I) [ Note that in the above formula, P ... Cu : Deodorant rubber component O 2 : Oxygen in the air ・ O 2 : Superoxide radical RSH: Offensive odor substance R-S-S-R: Dimer of offensive odor substance (no odor) is displayed. ]

It is used as a body or is used as a deodorant substance by being attached to a base material made of foam rubber, paper, a fiber sheet, a fiber assembly or the like. Therefore, in the deodorant substance by the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention, the copper ion stably supported on the rubber polymer in the deodorant substance functions as an oxidation catalyst by the transfer of electrons. By the action of the oxidation catalyst, the offensive odor substances ammonia, amines,
Hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, indole, carbonyl compounds, etc. are immediately subjected to oxidation by oxygen in the air,
Since it is changed to an odorless substance in the oxide state, the deodorizing performance is extremely high and lasts semipermanently. In addition, the deodorant substance by the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention has a high deodorizing efficiency for an offensive substance, and can change the offensive substance to an odorless substance within a short time. Furthermore, the deodorant substance by the deodorant rubber latex of the present invention exerts the deodorizing action without the problem of secondary pollution, and therefore exhibits an excellent effect in terms of practicality.
