【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 型枠に形成してコンクリ−トを流し込ん
だ場合に変形しない強度を有する波板から成る型枠部材
の複数枚を相隣る型枠部材同士の端部を重合させて接合
したものを、構築すべき壁体内に介在させる鉄筋構造体
の両側に、各接合部を対向させて立設し、一方の側の型
枠部材の各接合部と対向する他方の側の型枠部材の各接
合部との間に、棒状で両端部にネジを設け且つナット筒
から成る座金を遊装した棒状スペ−サを、前記各接合部
を貫通させて前記座金により固定,介在させる一方、該
棒状スペ−サに鉄筋挿通孔を設けた鉄筋スペ−サを取り
付けて、前記鉄筋挿通孔に鉄筋を挿通させて鉄筋構造体
の長さ方向に当接させ、前記各接合部の外側に棒状スペ
−サを挿通させて補強板を配し、前記棒状スペ−サのネ
ジに、先端部にフランジを設けると共に該先端部内側に
前記ネジに螺合する雌ネジを設けたボルト杆をそのフラ
ンジを前記補強板に圧接させて螺合緊締した後、前記補
強板の上下に異形丸棒等から成る補強杆を配し、その上
に締付座金を前記ボルト杆を挿通させて配すると共に、
該ボルト杆に締付用のナットを螺合,緊締して、前記締
付座金を補強杆に圧接させることにより、型枠を形成す
ることを特徴とするコンクリ−ト用型枠の形成方法。

部及び補強板に棒状スペ−サのネジを貫通させると共
に、鉄筋スペ−サの鉄筋挿通孔に補強用鉄筋を挿通し、
前記棒状スペ−サのネジに締付部材の雌ネジを螺合緊締
し、前記補強板の上下部に配した補強杆の上に締付部材
を挿通させて締付座金を配すると共に、締付部材のボル
ト杆にナットを螺合させ、該ナットを緊締することによ
り締付座金を補強杆に圧接させるようにしたことを特徴
とするコンクリ−ト用型枠の形成に用いる締付具。
