PURPOSE:To prevent powder in a casing from entering the air chamber so as to eliminate the heaped powder and also to allow the vibration of a roller shaft part by introducing seal air into the air chamber before jetting it into the casing from a nozzle part. CONSTITUTION:A material to be pulverized 3 fed onto a pulverizing table 2 in a casing 1 is pulverized by a roller tire 4. 出しないようシールする竪型ミルのローラ軸部シール構
造であって、前記軸受を抱持する軸受ハウジングの所要
位置に固設されて前記貫通孔をケーシング外部から被覆
するシール板と、前記貫通孔周囲に外周縁が固定され且
つ内周縁が前記シール板に板バネ状に圧接してノズル部
を形成する弾性ノズルリングと、前記シール板の外周縁
と弾性ノズルリング周囲のケーシング壁部との間に配設
されて前記ノズル部外周にシールエアを導入し得るエア
チャンバーを形成する可撓性被膜とを備えたことを特徴
とするものである。

ル板16に板バネ状に圧接してノズル部17を形成し得
るようにした弾性ノズルリング18の外周縁が固定され

優れた効果を奏し得る。

孔周囲に外周縁が固定され且つ内周縁が前記シール板に
板バネ状に圧接してノズル部を形成する弾性ノズルリン
グと、前記シール板の外周縁と弾性ノズルリング周囲の
ケーシング壁部との間に配設されて前記ノズル部外周に
シールエアを導入し得るエアチャンバーを形成する可撓
性被膜とを備えたことを特徴とする竪型ミルのローラ軸
部シール構造。
