向け張出する腕部(33)の腕先に縦パイプ保持用プラケ
ット(34)を設け、該縦パイプ保持用プラケット(34)
は、前記腕部(33)の腕先に中央部が固定されて後輪側
が下向きになるよう傾斜したU字形受金(35)と、その
前側突出片(35a)の先端上面に載せられた一端がピン
(37)により枢支され、他端は自重によりU字形受金
(35)の後側突出片(35b)の先端に当接されて常時は
U字形受金(35)の先端の開口部分を閉じる開閉自在な
