(Prior Art) Conventionally, according to Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-19642, a track frame having a guide rail is embedded in a traveling path of the track vehicle, and the track vehicle is steered by a guide member guided by the guide rail. It is known that the vehicle is made to travel on the road while carrying out this technology by applying it to a self-propelled bogie for vehicle body transportation, and guiding the bogie to a guide rail provided in a track frame embedded in the road to drive the bogie. Is being considered.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) By the way, conventionally, the connection of the raceway frames in the joint portion of the raceway frame is performed by welding or by bolting the flanges fixed to the end portions of the square raceway frame, Welding is not possible on the production line because it is necessary to connect the track frames so that they can be separated in order to modify the line, and with the method of bolting the flanges together, it is necessary to fix each flange to the track frame by welding or the like. Therefore, the construction period and the construction cost are increased, and it is desired to connect the track frames by a simpler method.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a track frame having a guide rail for guiding the truck is embedded in the traveling path of the truck, and the track frame is The inner surface is made of an extruded material in which continuous dovetail grooves are formed in the longitudinal direction of the orbital frame, and one track frame and the other track frame are formed in the dovetail grooves of both track frames at the joint portion of the track frames. The connection is made through a dovetail-shaped joint member that engages. In this case, a channel groove capable of accommodating a nut for fastening the guide rail may be continuously formed in the track frame in the longitudinal direction of the track frame.

(Operation) By engaging one end side of the dovetail-shaped joint member in the dovetail groove of one of the track frames to be connected to each other, the joint member is orthogonal to the track frame in the longitudinal direction of the track member. The joint member is positioned in two directions, that is, the vertical direction and the lateral direction, and the other end of the joint member is engaged with the dovetail groove of the other race frame so that the other race frame moves vertically and laterally with respect to the joint member. Is positioned so that the other one joint member is accurately connected via the joint member without being displaced in the vertical and horizontal directions.

Also, when modifying the line, the track frame embedded in the modified part is separated from the track frame embedded in the non-modified part and removed, but in this case the conventional technique of bolting the track frames to each other at the flange at the end Since the flange is embedded in the concrete layer for burying the raceway frame, it takes a lot of time to separate the raceway frame, whereas in the present invention, the raceway is formed only by releasing the engagement of the joint member with the groove inside the raceway frame. The connection between the frames can be easily released and the removal work becomes easy.

Further, it is desirable that the guide rail is detachably attached to the track frame due to maintenance requirements. In this case, it is conceivable to form a screw hole in the track frame and fasten the guide rail to this with bolts. However, this requires a lot of time to process the screw holes and increases the cost. On the other hand, if the channel groove is formed in the raceway frame and the guide rail is fastened to the nut housed in the channel groove as described above, it is not necessary to process the screw hole, and the construction cost can be reduced.
