There are also those formed of a water-repellent non-woven fabric, and those formed of a liquid-absorbent non-woven fabric whose water-repellent surface is treated. Although these have anti-backflow properties and have a dry feel, they have a low liquid-absorbing property and therefore have a slow rate of absorbing body fluids, and the body fluids flow widely on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, or are worn until the absorption is completed. There was a problem of giving a moist and unpleasant wet feeling.

As a result of adopting the above means, the present invention has the following effects. This body fluid absorbent material has a non-woven fabric 6 having water repellency on at least the surface thereof as the wearing surface side 3, and since the fibers do not retain the body fluid on the wearing surface, there is a dry feeling. Further, the non-woven fabric 6 and the non-woven fabric 7 having a liquid absorbing property are laminated and a plurality of through holes 8 are formed,
Since the body fluid on the wearing surface side 3 is quickly absorbed by the nonwoven fabric 7 having the liquid absorbing property through the through holes 8, the liquid absorbing property is good. Similarly, by laminating a nonwoven fabric 6 having water repellency on at least its surface and a nonwoven fabric 7 having a liquid absorbing property, the through hole 8 can be formed.
It is possible to quickly absorb the body fluid into the non-woven fabric 7 having the liquid absorbing property also from the gaps between the fibers other than the above. Therefore, the non-woven fabric 6 having at least its surface having water repellency is unlikely to give a sticky feeling or a feeling of dullness to a worn portion due to body fluid remaining in a non-opened portion like the perforated film material described in the section of the prior art. .

This bodily fluid absorbing pad comprises a release paper (not shown) and a track-shaped main body 1 for track and field.
The body portion 1 has the body fluid absorbent 2 wound from the wearing surface side 3 to the back surface side 4, both ends are overlapped, and the waterproof synthetic resin sheet 5 is bonded to the back surface side 4. The synthetic resin sheet 5 prevents the body fluid absorbent 2 from absorbing the liquid and getting wet, and thus prevents the underwear from getting wet. An adhesive layer (not shown) is formed on the surface of the synthetic resin sheet 5 that is attached to the underwear.
Release paper is attached to this. At the time of use, peel off the release paper and attach it to the underwear.

The body fluid absorbing material 2 is formed by laminating a non-woven fabric 6 having water repellency on at least the surface to be worn side 3 and a non-woven fabric 7 having liquid absorbency. In this embodiment, as the former, a synthetic fiber non-woven fabric, which is entirely treated to be water repellent, is used. Here, the entire nonwoven fabric is treated to be water repellent, but at least the surface thereof should be water repellent. Also, in this example, a non-woven fabric made of cellulose fiber having hydrophilicity was used as the latter. The non-woven fabrics each had a thickness of about 0.6 to 0.8 mm.
Although this embodiment has a two-layer structure, it may have a multilayer structure. In addition, another liquid absorbent (not shown) may be additionally provided in a state of being brought into contact with the liquid absorbent non-woven fabric 7 of the body fluid absorbent 2.

The two non-woven fabrics 6 and 7 are overlapped to form 100
Both nonwoven fabrics were laminated and a laminate having a plurality of irregularities was formed by performing a known embossing process in which heating and pressure bonding was performed at a temperature of not less than ° C. At this time, by embossing, a plurality of through holes 8 are formed at the same time as the unevenness. Both the non-woven fabrics are adhered on the entire surface and also strongly adhered on the concave portion 9. The through hole 8 has a substantially circular cross-sectional shape, and is formed at the bottom of the concave and convex concave portion 9. The diameter of the recess 9 was set to about 0.7 mm, and the diameter of the through hole 8 formed in the recess 9 was set to about 0.4 to 0.5 mm. The distance between the concave and convex portions 9 and the center of the concave portion 9 is about 0.7 mm.
Set to. In this embodiment, the through hole 8 is formed in the bottom of the recess 9.
Although the through hole 8 is not necessarily formed in the concave portion 9, it may be formed in the convex portion 10 (not shown).

The bodily fluid absorbent pad of this embodiment has an advantage that it has a dry feeling because the nonwoven fabric 6 having water repellency is used as the wearing surface side 3 and the fibers do not retain the bodily fluid on the wearing surface. Further, the non-woven fabric 6 and the non-woven fabric 7 having a liquid absorbing property are laminated and a plurality of through holes 8 are formed, and the body fluid on the wearing surface side 3 has a liquid absorbing property through the through holes 8. 7 has a merit that it has a high liquid absorbing property because it is quickly absorbed. Similarly, by laminating a nonwoven fabric 6 having water repellency on at least its surface and a nonwoven fabric 7 having a liquid absorbing property, a nonwoven fabric 7 having a liquid absorbing property can be rapidly absorbed also from a gap between fibers other than the through holes 8. It became possible to absorb it. Therefore, the non-woven fabric 6 having at least its surface having water repellency is unlikely to give a sticky feeling or a feeling of stuffiness to a worn portion due to body fluid remaining in a non-opened portion like the perforated film material described in the section of the prior art. . Furthermore, since a plurality of irregularities are formed and the contact feeling when worn is reduced, there is an advantage that an unpleasant stuffiness is unlikely to occur.
