[Problems to be Solved by Prior Art and Invention] Generally, in order to ensure safety, this kind of electric shutter has a safety device for urgently stopping the descent operation of the shutter curtain by the detection operation of the obstacle detection switch. It is provided. Since the obstacle detection switch is provided on the side of the shutter curtain that moves up and down, conventionally, an abnormal signal is transmitted to the receiver on the lifting control mechanism side with the detection operation of the obstacle detection switch. The machine was installed in the shutter curtain to form a wireless safety device. However, since this transmitter is operated by the battery (battery), there is a risk that the battery will run out of operation, and frequent inspections are required to prevent this, and maintenance is extremely complicated. However, since it is a wireless system, it has a large number of parts and is very expensive.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was devised with the object of providing a safety device for an electric shutter for construction, which can eliminate these drawbacks in view of the above circumstances. The shutter curtain that moves up and down along the guide rails by the drive of the electric motor is provided with obstacle detection means, and the detection signal of the obstacle detection means is transmitted to the drive control section of the electric motor to make an emergency stop of the shutter curtain. In the electric shutter for carrying out the above, the transmission of the detection signal to the drive control unit is provided on the shutter curtain side so as to elastically contact the trolley laid in the guide rail in the longitudinal direction. It is characterized in that it is carried out via a current collector.

A seat plate 1a is connected to the lower end portion of the shutter curtain 1, and an obstacle detection switch 7 such as a tape switch is provided on the lower end surface of the seat plate 1a. Reference numeral 8 denotes a current collector provided on both left and right ends of the seat plate 1a. The current collector 8 is a bracket 8a fixed to the seat plate 1a, and a collector 8a which is supported by the bracket 8a so as to be retractable in the left-right direction. Electronic 8b,
The current collector 8b is composed of an ammunition 8c for urging the current collector 8b so that the current collector 8b is projected outward in the left and right directions. On the other hand, 9 is a trolley rail fixed to the bottom surface 6a of the guide rail 6, and the trolley rail 9 is a rail portion 9a formed of an insulating material such as resin.
And a groove 9b formed in the rail portion 9a along the longitudinal direction.
It is formed by the trolley 9c provided inside, but this trolley 9c
The current collector 8b is always in contact with the pressure collector 8b. That is, even when the shutter curtain 1 is moving up and down, the current collector 8b moves along the trolley rail 9 and comes into sliding contact with the trolley 9c. The current collector 8b and the trolley 9c are conductors, and the current collector 8b is insulated from the bracket 8a.

Next, the operation circuit of this device will be described with reference to FIG.
In this circuit, the left and right collectors 8b are respectively connected to the contacts of the obstacle detection switch 7, and a power source and a relay switch 10 are serially interposed between the left and right trolleys 9c. The obstacle detection switch 7 is normally OF
The relay switch 10 is inactive because it is in the F state,
When the obstacle detection switch 7 is turned on due to contact with an obstacle when the shutter curtain 1 is moved up and down, the relay switch 10 is activated to output a detection signal to a drive control circuit (not shown).

In the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the detection signal of the obstacle detection switch 7 is a current collector that is always in contact and energized.
It will be transmitted to the drive control circuit side via 8b and trolley 9c.

As described above, according to the present invention, the detection signal of the obstacle detection switch 7 provided on the seat plate 1a of the shutter curtain 1 is transmitted to the elevation control circuit, but this signal transmission is the same as the conventional one. It is not based on such wireless communication, but is formed by contact between the current collector 8b provided on the shutter curtain 1 side and the trolley 9c provided in the guide rail 6. Therefore,
Maintenance is greatly simplified because there is no fear of inoperability due to battery exhaustion of the transmitter as in the past, and reliability is significantly improved, or inspection for battery exhaustion is unnecessary. Moreover, since it has an extremely simple structure including the current collector 8 and the trolley rail 9, it is easy to manufacture.
It can be provided at a low cost. further,
In this device, the current collector 8 and the trolley rail 9 are hidden inside the guide rail 6, so that it is extremely convenient without being exposed to the appearance and damaging the design unlike the conventional transmitter.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and as shown in, for example, FIG. 6, one set of right and left without the collector 8 and the trolley rail 9 is provided. Alternatively, one contact of the obstacle detection switch 7 may be configured to be grounded to the shutter curtain which is a conductor, and in this case, it is convenient that the structure is further simplified. .

[Effects] In short, since the present invention is configured as described above, the detection signal of the obstacle detection means provided in the shutter curtain is transmitted to the motor drive control unit to stop the shutter curtain in an emergency. However, this detection signal is not transmitted wirelessly as in the past, but is carried out by energizing the trolley provided in the guide rail and the current collector provided on the shutter curtain side. Be seen. Therefore,
There is no fear that the transmitter will run out of battery due to battery exhaustion, and the reliability will be significantly improved, and maintenance of the battery will not be necessary, so maintenance can be greatly simplified. Moreover, since the structure of the safety device is dramatically simplified, the cost can be significantly reduced.
