The lower edge of the lowermost slat 1a has a groove 25 over its entire length.
The pressure-sensitive sensor 3 for converting a pressure change into an electrical change is fitted and held in the concave groove 25. An electrically insulating material 26 such as a vinyl chloride resin is adhered to the entire inner surface of the groove-shaped guide rail 4 for guiding the left and right end portions of the shutter door 2. For example, conductive bands 6, 6 of stainless steel are stuck on the entire length in the vertical direction. The sliding contacts 10, 10 having spring properties are attached to the front and rear surfaces of the side ends of the lowermost slat 1a, and the sliding contacts 10, 10 are brought into sliding contact with the conductive strips 6, 6 to make electrical contact. In this manner, the required groove-shaped guide rails 4 are used, and the conductive strips 6, 6 are provided along the guide rails 4, and the sliding contacts 10 electrically connected to the pressure-sensitive sensors 3 are connected to the conductive strips 6, 6. When the shutter door 2 is lowered by electric drive,
For example, when a hand or an arm is caught between the shutter door 2 and the lower frame 22, the pressure change by the pressure sensor 3 is converted into an electric change, and the pressure sensor 3 becomes a so-called touch switch. Is input to the control unit 8 via the lead wires 9, 9, the sliding contacts 10, 10, and the conductive bands 6, 6, and stops or reverses the electric motor 21 to stop or raise the lowering of the shutter door 2. It is safe. Fifth
In the example circuit of the figure, an example is shown in which the control unit 8 is connected to a terminal for stopping the motor, but it may be connected to a terminal for ascent to perform ascent control. In such cases,
The sliding contacts 10, 10 slidingly contact the conductive bands 6, 6 with a spring property, so that rattling of the lowermost slat 1a can be suppressed, and quiet elevation can be performed. A guide body 27 protrudes from the side end of the lowermost slat 1a.
By being guided by 28, smooth lifting and lowering is achieved, and sliding contacts 10, 10 are prevented from strongly contacting the conductive bands 6, 6.

The pressure-sensitive sensor 3 is, for example, a composite material in which silicon rubber and metal fine particles are combined. The pressure-sensitive sensor 3 has both the characteristics of an elastomer and the conductive characteristics, and is suitable for stimulating pressure at an arbitrary position in the length direction of the pressure-sensitive sensor 3. Accordingly, the resistance rapidly changes from an insulating state (several tens of MΩ or more) to a conductive state (several Ω or less). For example, as shown in FIG. There is a cord switch (manufactured by Bridgestone Corporation) in which the piezoelectric rubber 29 and the flat braided wire 30 are combined and covered with the silicone rubber 31, but other known switches may be used.

[Effects of the Invention] In summary, the present invention provides a pair of conductive bands on the front and rear surfaces of a groove-shaped guide rail for guiding the left and right end portions of the shutter door in substantially the entire vertical direction, and the conductive band serves as a driving means. A pair of sliding contacts are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the lowermost slat, the pair of sliding contacts being electrically connected to the control unit and elastically slidably contacting the conductive belt via elastic contact means and electrically connected thereto. The child is electrically connected to the pressure-sensitive sensor, and the guide body forming the narrow neck is protruded from both ends of the lowermost slat, and the guide body is inserted into the guide groove by sandwiching the narrow neck, The required groove-shaped guide rail is used, a conductive band is provided along this guide rail, and only a sliding contact electrically connected to the pressure sensor is required to slide on the conductive band. The light emitting element and light receiving element can be omitted, and the control system is greatly simplified. A pair of conductive bands are provided on the front and rear surfaces of a groove-shaped guide rail that guides the left and right ends of the shutter door, and the conductive bands are electrically connected to the control unit of the driving means. A pair of sliding contacts that are connected and elastically slidably contact the conductive strip via elastic contact means and are electrically connected are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the lowermost slat, and provided on the lowermost slat. While the sliding contact element is in sliding contact with the conductive band, a guide body having a narrow neck portion protrudes from both side ends of the lowermost slat, and the guide body is inserted into the guide groove with the narrow neck portion sandwiched. There is an advantage that the lowermost slat can be raised and lowered smoothly, and the sliding contact can be properly contacted without strongly sliding on the conductive band to prevent the conductive action from being hindered.

A shutter door pivotally connected to a number of slats is configured to be electrically driven to open and close, and converts a pressure change into an electrical change over substantially the entire length of a lower end edge of a lowermost slat of the plurality of slats. A safety device for a shutter door that controls a driving means of the shutter door based on an electrical change caused by a pressure change of the pressure sensor, and guides left and right ends of the shutter door. A pair of conductive strips are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the inside of the groove-shaped guide rail for substantially the entire vertical length, and the conductive strips are electrically connected to the control unit of the driving means, and are elastically connected to the conductive strips through elastic contact means. A pair of sliding contacts are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the lowermost slat, and the sliding contacts are electrically connected to the pressure-sensitive sensors, from both side ends of the lowermost slat. The narrow neck Forms the guide body is protruded, the safety device of the shutter door of the guide body and clamped the narrow neck portion is formed by inserting into the guide groove.
