く欠点があった。又、通気孔によって温風用送風機の送
風を直接燃焼筒内に導入するように構成してある関係
上、温風用送風機に近い位置の通気孔から多量に空気が
入り込み、燃焼炎の周囲全体に亙って均一に二次空気を
供給することが困難であった。

風室の底壁板の下に下板を装着して、この下板と底壁板
とバーナケースとで前記底壁板の下に環状の通気室を形
成し、この通気室には、前記温風用送風機の送風空気の
一部を導入する導入口と、通気室の空気をバーナケース
内に供給する二次空気孔と、通気室の空気を燃焼筒内の
下部に直接供給する送気孔とが設けられ、さらに、前記
燃焼筒内の前記バーナの炎口部外周には、前記送気孔か
ら供給された空気を燃焼筒の内面に沿わせて流す空気案
内板を兼ねた漏斗状の遮熱板が設けられている構成とし
たことにより、燃焼筒には二次空気供給用の穴を開ける
ことなく、温風用送風機の送風空気の一部を二次空気と
してバーナに供給でき、燃焼筒の強度を低下させること
なく、二次空気を良好に供給できるは勿論のこと、燃焼
筒の内面に沿って冷却用の空気が流れるので、燃焼筒の
過熱を遮熱板と冷却用の空気流で防止し、燃焼筒の耐久
性を一層高めることができる。また、温風用送風機の送
風空気の一部を、送風室の底壁板の下に形成した環状の
通気室に流入させるとともに、バーナの炎口部外周に漏
斗状の遮熱板を設けたことにより、本体ケース内の下部
に収容した他の部品が、バーナの熱で加熱されるのを防
止でき、それら部品を確実に保護できる。

内面に沿わせて流す空気案内板を兼ねた漏斗状の遮熱板
が設けられていることを特徴とする燃焼式温風暖房機。
