Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the production of carbon monoxide and lessen nitrogen oxides by alternately providing a plurality of flame hole parts an non-flame hole parts o a burner head in the neighborhood of the circumference hereof on a burner head equipment kerosine gasification type burner having a plurality f flame holes. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flame hole parts 44 in which a plurality of flame holes are near arranged each other and a plurality of non-flame parts without the flame holes are alternately provided on a burner head 42, for instance, three by three are provided. Accordingly burning points are shaped only upward of the flame parts and non-flame spaces 47 are formed among them. Since the center pats of burning flames are made negative pressure by a draft action accompanied by the climb of burning gas, secondary air is supplied at the out side of burning gas, secondary air is supplied at the outside of burning flames while supplying at the center of the burning flames through the non-flame spaces 47. Accordingly burning is promoted to control the production of CO. In addition, a cooling effect of the burning flames are also produced to lessen the production of NOx.

(BACKGROUND) This type of combustion device is used in an oil radiant heater, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 61-69614.In this heater, as shown in FIG. The burner head (1) of the combustion device is exposed at the bottom, and the top plate (3) is closed with a top plate (3) having an exhaust port (2). 4) A porous inner cylinder (
5A) and an outer cylinder (5B),
The combustion gas makes the red-hot cylinder (5) red-hot, and radiant heating is performed. In addition, in the combustion device, a plurality of flame ports (6) are arranged at a predetermined pitch near the periphery of the burner head (1), and a flameless port portion (7) without a flame port is located in the middle of these arrays.
), the draft effect of the combustion gas flow is used to supply secondary air to the outside of the combustion flame, and the secondary air flows from the outside to the inside of the burner port row along the flameless port part (7). so that it is also supplied to the center of the combustion flame, and the flame opening (
6) The combustion of the mixture of fuel and air (air) that is ejected from the engine is promoted, making it possible to suppress the generation of carbon monoxide.

(G) Effects of the Invention Since this invention is configured as described above, fresh air (secondary air) is supplied inside and outside the combustion flame by utilizing the draft action of the combustion flame and a plurality of flameless spaces. This not only promotes combustion and suppresses the generation of carbon monoxide, but also moderately cools the combustion flame, reducing the amount of nitrogen oxides generated, and even lowers the surface temperature of the burner head. It is possible to suppress the rise in temperature and prevent flame contact at the flame opening, thereby extending the life of the burner head.
