DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to freeze-thawing and alkaline reaction of aggregate in a building including outer walls such as concrete walls, tiles, concrete blocks, ceramic siding materials, and buildings such as houses. However, it was used as a base without destroying the existing external wall that had been damaged by appearance of mold or cracks due to aging including salt damage, and the new external wall material was applied on it to renovate the existing concrete external wall. It is about structure.

The outer wall of this kind of building, etc., cracks in 5 to 10 years, to stop the progress and to renew the appearance,
For example, JP-A-58-164857 and JP-A-59-117752 are known. That is, in the former, an asbestos seat plate is interposed between the existing outer wall and the L-shaped new exterior material mounting bracket in the curtain oar so that the unevenness of the existing outer wall does not adversely affect the mounting of the mounting bracket. The latter is a method of remodeling an outer wall of a building in which a cutout recess is provided in an existing outer wall, and a steel liner is interposed in this recess to fix a new outer wall material mounting member.

However, the former new outer wall material mounting metal fittings are not stable because they are arranged at regular intervals only from one side of the C-shaped rope, and the joint metal fittings are fixed to the C-shaped steel when installing the new outer wall material, and the heat insulation property is high. There was a defect that the outer wall was not added at all. In the latter case, it is very difficult to form a cutout recess in the existing wall, which is unrealistic.
Further, the conventional repair method and structure of this kind have a disadvantage that the construction period is long and the cost is increased.

An embodiment of a repair structure for an existing concrete outer wall according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. First
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a case where a refurbished structure such as an existing concrete wall according to the present invention is applied to a building, where 1 is an existing building, 2 is an existing parapet, 3 is an existing outer wall, 4 is a headstock fixture, 5 is a headstock , 6 is a lightweight siding material with a plastic core as the core material, 10 is an adhesive layer,
Reference numeral 11 is a starter, 12 is a fixing tool and is made of one kind of anchor bolt, mortar nail, nail, etc., 13 to 17 are accessory parts, and 18 is a new outer wall. To further explain, the existing building 1 is made of concrete, ALC, blocks, tiles, squares made of ceramic siding material, gables, flat roofs, and the like.
The existing parapet 2 is provided as needed, and although it is almost present in buildings, it is often not formed in general houses. In addition, the existing outer wall 3 is mainly an outer wall coated with concrete frame cement mortar, a concrete non-exposed outer wall, an ALC plate-covered outer wall, etc. The target is the outer wall contaminated by mold, etc. As shown in FIG. 2, the Kasagi fitting 4 is a fixture 12
It is to be fixed to the top of the existing parapet 3 with a predetermined pitch via the, and after the metal siding material 6 is installed, the headstock 5 is attached via the springback. The metal siding material 6 has a shape as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to (i) and FIG. 4 and is made of metal (Fe, Al, stainless steel, galfan,
Galvanium, titanium alloy) made of one kind of surface material 7
The plastic foam 8 and the backing material 9 are integrally formed and are lightweight. The adhesive layer 10 is an adhesive that is always elastic, for example, a hot-melt adhesive, a rubber adhesive, a plastic adhesive that does not harden even when cured and has a heat resistance of 60 ° C. or more. It is made of one type and is planted in a mountain shape at a predetermined pitch P = 100 to 150 mm or is planted on both or one of the existing outer wall 3 and the mounting surface 6a of the metal siding material 6 . Depending on the type of the metal siding material 6 , the starter 11 is, for example, as shown in FIG.
There are various types of drop-type and hook-type coupling portions as shown in FIG. The fixing member 12 is a head cover fitting 4, and if necessary, a metal siding material 6 , a starter 11 as shown in FIG. 6 , and an accessory as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) to 7 (c).
It is for fixing 13 to 17 partially or entirely to the existing outer wall 3, a sash (not shown) or the like. Also, the accessory 13 is a joiner locking device, 14 is an engagement type joiner,
Reference numeral 15 is a projected corner cover, 16 is a window drainer, 16a is a window toe, 17 is a sheet board, etc., but other well-known components are used at necessary places although not shown.

First, a scaffold is assembled along the existing outer wall 3 of the existing building 1 as shown in FIG. Next, FIG. 6 and FIG.
As shown in (c), the starter 11 and the joiner lock 1
3, projecting corner cover 15, window drainer 16, window rim 16a, clapboard 17,
Each of the Kasagi fittings 4 as shown in FIG. 2 is fixed to the existing outer wall 3 via the fixing tool 12. Then starter 11 first
An adhesive layer 10 of 150 mm is formed on the existing outer wall 3 facing the device surface 6a of the metal siding material 6 (shown in FIG. 3 (i)) of the tier.
The metal siding material 6 is affixed to the mounting surface 6a at a pitch and fixed as shown in FIG. Next, the above steps are repeated in order from the second step to the third step, and thereafter, the engagement type joiner 14 is engaged with the vertical joint to form the new outer wall 18, and finally the head tree 5 is attached. It is completed by mounting it on the Kasaki installation tool 4 via a spring back, and filling well-known caulking material in the necessary places.

What has been described above is only one example of the repair structure according to the present invention, and the adhesive layer 10 is planted on the surface of the existing outer wall 3 at a position where the engaging portions of the metal siding materials 6 come into contact with each other. The metal siding material 6 can be sequentially applied, or the adhesive layer 10 can be divided and bonded integrally on the mounting surface 6a of the metal siding material 6 and the existing outer wall 3. Further, the double-sided adhesive tape can be fixed at the conventional furring strip interval, and this can be used to form a new outer wall.

As described above, according to the existing conglomerate outer wall refurbishment structure of the present invention, the outer wall can be renovated in a short period of time without stopping living of the existing building. Unlike the conventional method, the metal siding material is fixed to the existing outer wall with an adhesive, so that anchor bolts and the like are drastically less than before, and the new outer wall can be quickly formed at low cost. Since elasticity is added to the adhesive layer, it has excellent anti-vibration properties and does not peel off. There are features such as.
