Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a foam molding tool useful for prevention of accidents by a method wherein the safety at deburring work is maintained. CONSTITUTION:In the foam molding tool concerned, a top mold 2 is joined by means of a hinge 3 to one side edge of a bottom mold 1. On the top surface of the top mold 2, a vent hole 22 is bored. On the top mold 2, a handle guide member 5 having a through hole 53 is provided so as to rockingly hang a suspender, at the lower end of which an angle is formed, onto an opening and closing handle 7, which is loosely inserted in the through hole 53 and the basic end part 72 of which is supported by means of the hinge 3. Further, by fixing a stopper 6, which engages with the angle of the suspender 8, to the top mold 2 side when the opening and closing handle 7 is pivoted to the predetermined angle, the loosely inserted state of the opening and closing handle to the through hole 5 is hampered through the above-mentioned engagement.

2. Description of the Related Art Foams such as urethane foam generate gas during molding. Therefore, as a foaming mold used for molding a foam, a foaming mold having several gas vent holes with a diameter of about 5 mm formed on the upper surface of the upper mold has been mainly used. However, when the above foam molding die was used, not only the unnecessary gas but also the raw material during foaming leaked from the gas vent hole during foam molding. The foam that leaked and solidified around the gas vent hole became a lump and adhered firmly to the upper mold, and the removal work was difficult. In order to improve such a problem, the applicant of the present invention has already proposed a foam molding die provided with a plug body that fits in the gas vent hole with a slight gap left (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-158412).

However, the foam molding die (FIG. 6) has a problem in working. First, at the time of demolding, the funnel-shaped burr 93 was not always formed only on the foam body 94 side. The burr 93 also remained in the fitting gap between the gas vent hole 95 and the plug body 96, depending on the shape of the cavity, the foaming raw material, and the like. In such a case, the arm 9
7 is lifted to remove the burr 93 attached to the fitting gap, but the upper mold 99 is only pulled up by the engagement of the guide 98 and is in an unstable state. Arm 97
Is loosely inserted in the long hole 981 provided in the guide 98,
Even when the arm 97 was in the home position, the upper mold 99 moved upward (chain line in FIG. 6). Therefore, if you try to reach out and remove the burr, you should push the upper mold 99 with your hand
If you touch the chest, the upper mold will rise and the gas vent hole 95
There was a danger that I would get stuck in my hand.

When foam molding is performed using the foam molding die according to the present invention, burrs are generated around the gas vent hole. When a burr is generated in the fitting gap, when the opening / closing handle is lifted up to a predetermined angle, the opening / closing handle is loosely inserted in the through hole, so that the opening / closing handle and the upper mold are separated from each other to some extent. At the same time
Since the corner portion of the pendant engages with the stopper, the upper mold is fixed, and even if a force in the upward direction is applied to the upper mold, lifting is prevented. Thus, the burr adhering to the gas vent hole can be safely removed.

The plug body 71 is a cylindrical body having a tapered tip, and when fitted into the gas vent hole 22, the gas is passed through the fitting gap to cause the gas to pass through the fitting gap and the cavity 4 is filled with the foaming raw material. To escape from the system. However,
The foaming raw material itself is set so that its escape is prevented, or even if it can escape through the gap, it becomes a thin skin. The gap formed by fitting the stopper 71 and the gas vent hole 22 is about 1 to 100 μm. The porosity is selected according to the foaming raw material, the type of target product, and the like. Lever 7

Reference numeral 8 denotes a vertically elongated pendant suspended from a lever 7b near the handle guide member 5. Pituitary 8
The pin 82 is inserted through a hole provided in the lower portion of the U-band 81 fixed to the lever 7b, pivotally supported by the pin 82, and is swingably mounted. A right angled corner portion 83 is formed at the lower end of the pendant 8. This is because when the pendant body 8 is rounded without having the corners 83 when it is engaged with the stopper 6, the pendant body 8 rotates about the pin 82 as a fulcrum and the upper die cannot be fixed. . The pendant body 8 is arranged between the handle guide member 5 and the stopper 6 when the opening / closing handle 7 is placed on the upper mold 2 and the plug body 71 and the gas vent hole 22 are fitted to each other (FIG. 1). , Fig. 3). Then, when the open / close handle 7 is lifted up to an angle of about 40 degrees, the upper mold 2 is also lifted, and the L-shaped stopper 6 having a horizontal surface and a vertical surface is formed.
The corner portion 83 of the pendant 8 fits into the pendant 8 to engage with it.

In the foam molding die having such a structure, when the open / close handle 7 is loosely inserted into the through hole 53 and lifted, the upper mold 2 is also rotated to follow the mold open state. Since the opening / closing handle 7 is loosely inserted in the through hole 53, the upper mold 2 is separated from the opening / closing handle 7 by its own weight and is tilted to a position where it is locked at the upper edge of the through hole 53 (FIG. 5). .
Then, the gas vent hole 22 comes to be disengaged from the plug body 71, which makes it easy to remove the thin skin-like burr that has entered the fitting gap between the gas vent hole 22 and the plug body 71 during foam molding.

On the other hand, in parallel with the above operation, when the opening / closing handle 7 is lifted up to a predetermined angle (about 40 degrees),
Since the pendant 8 always maintains the suspended state with the pin 82 as the fulcrum,
The corner portion 83 is sucked into the angle 61 which is kept vertical and horizontal at an angle of about 40 degrees. Thus, the pendant 8 and the stopper 6 are engaged. Since the corner portion 83 is in perfect contact with the right angle portion of the angle 61,
The pendant 8 suspended from the pin 82 as a fulcrum is also fitted to the angle 61, and the play by the through hole 53 is eliminated. The contact resistance with the angle 61 is large due to the formation of the corner portion 83, and the pendant body 8 engaged in this state does not rotate about the pin 82 as a fulcrum. Therefore, under such engagement, if the open / close handle 7 is held in a fixed position by a hand or the like, the upper mold 2 cannot be lifted up, the loose insertion state of the through hole 53 is prevented, and it is as if the lock is applied. Become. Therefore, as before,
There is no problem that the upper mold 2 rattles, and the gas vent hole 2
2. It is possible to concentrate on deburring the plug 71. Even if it is removed with fingers, there is no danger of being caught in the plug body 71.

By the way, when the opening / closing handle 7 is lowered after the deburring work is completed, the pendant 8 and the stopper 6 have different radii of curvature about the support shaft 31, and therefore engage with the angle 61. The pitted body 8 that has been trying to jump out from the angle 61 forward (to the left in FIG. 4). That is, the pendant 8 is in a state of being suspended from the pin 82, and as the turning angle of the opening / closing handle becomes smaller, the pendant 8 straightens the bending with respect to the U band 81 and tries to move forward. Further, the angle 61 of the stopper 6 tends to take a forward leaning posture as the angle of the opening / closing handle becomes smaller, so that the pendant body 8 is prevented.
You can also press from behind.

As described above, when the deburring work is performed by lifting the opening / closing handle 7, the stopper 71 is attached to the gas vent hole 2.
After removing from 2, and fixing the upper mold 2 so as not to move, when the open / close handle 7 is lowered after the work, the lock state of the open / close handle 7 of the upper mold 2 is automatically released, and the open / close handle is The state loosely inserted in the through hole 53 is restored again. In this way, no additional operation or the like for ensuring safety is required, which not only leads to labor saving, but also eliminates the fear of accidents caused by forgetting the operation. Workers can now engage in deburring work during the demolding process with peace of mind. By engaging the pendant 8 and the stopper 6 as described above, deburring can be quickly performed only by the lifting operation of the opening / closing handle 7 at the time of demolding, without lowering productivity.
