第2計量枠(4)の上面を摺り切りし、図示しない上型
を第2計量枠(4)の内部に下降させて振動プレス成形
を行う。このときの加圧振動の条件は特に限定されるも
のではないが、実施例では振幅1000μとした。このよう
に本発明によれば、第1原料Aが予め収納された第1計
量枠(3)を用いて第1原料Aの層を形成し、その上に
第2計量枠(4)を載せて第2原料Bの充填、擦り切り
を自動的に行うので、従来のように型内への各原料の充
填に人手を必要とせず、複層ブロックを極めて能率的に
製造することが可能である。なお上記の実施例では2層
の透水性ブロックを製造したが、以下の工程を複数回
繰り返すことにより、3層以上のブロックを製造するこ

は均一となり、密度の均一な複層ブロックを得ることが
できる。よって本発明は従来の問題点を解消した複層ブ
ロックの成形方法として、産業の発展に寄与するところ
