けられた左右一対の車輪を持上げて車輌を傾斜させて移
動不能とする回動傾斜板(3)とし、該回動傾斜板
(3)は両側車輪間以上の長さかつ車輌進入方向前方に
支点を有し下方に押上手段(20)を有するものであり、
該押上手段(20)による前記回動傾斜板(3)の押上高
さが上記車輌の床面高さよりも高く当該回動傾斜板によ
って同車輛床を直接支持した状態で後輪が走行路面から
離間する高さとしてなる有料駐車場における料金不納防
止装置としたことを特徴とする。

斜板(3)を設けている。これに並設して本発明とは関
連しないが、写真とかビデオ等の撮影装置が設けられて
いる。 有料駐車スペース(1)は一台の車が駐車するに充分な
面積であり、この例では一方へ管理ボックス(2)の支
柱が立っている。また、図のように突条の車止め(5)
を設けておくと安全である。管理ボックス(2)には車
が駐車スペース(1)内へ入った事を感知する駐車感知
手段としてのセンサー(6)と料金とか専用コインの投
入口(7)及び料金表示窓(8)及びキースイッチ(1
1)が設けられている。センサーは最も感知し易い他の
場所に設けてもよい。管理ボックス(2)内には駐車時
間の積算とこれに基いて駐車料金を計算する回路、及び
料金と専用コイン、カード、キースイッチによる支払等
が始まると同時に駐車時間の積算を停止し、適正に支払
が終わり車が退車していなくなると再び駐車感知器が作
動を開始する回路等が組込まれている。 本発明の特徴とする回動傾斜板(3)についてここで説
明する。回動傾斜板(3)の作動は第1図〜第5図にみ
られるように、駐車スペース(1)へ固定された固定板
(10)や図示することは省くがピンによって一方が固定
され、ヒンジ(16)によって回動可能なへの字状に曲折
した可動板(9)が取付けられ、可動板(9)が底部よ
りシリンダ(12)によって上下動する押上手段(20)と

方から押し上げて回動する押上手段の構造を例示するこ
とができる。可動板(9)は通常は第1図及び第4図に
みられるように、駐車スペース(1)とほとんど同一平
面にあるが、車輌(13)が駐車すると第2図及び第5図
にみられるように、シリンダ(12)等によって両側のレ
ールを摺動する押上板(17)が折れ曲って、折曲り部に
取付けられた押上手段(20)としてのコロ(18)が可動
板(9)を底面から押上げて回動させ、車輌(13)の進
入方向後方の一対の車輪を持上げて車輌を傾斜させ移動
不能とするのである。ここで無理に車が移動しようとす
ると、第3図にみられるように一対の車輪が走行路面か
ら離間して宙に浮いてしまい、前後いずれの方向にも動
くことができなくなるのである。このとき車体下部の補
強リブ付近を回動傾斜板が支持するので、車体は損傷し
ない。なお、回動傾斜板(3)の可動板の下部へ足を入
れる等の事故を防止するために、周囲を可撓シート(1
4)等で覆うと安全が確保できる。 不正出庫防止手段がこのような回動傾斜板の場合の作動
フローチヤートの一例を第6図に示した。駐車を感知す
ると回動傾斜板が上昇し、適正な料金が支払われた時に
のみ回動傾斜板が下降する機構となっている。なお、図
