Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it not bulky when piled up in a great number, requiring less space for storage and make the transportation thereof easy by making a packing case collapsible and by producing cushioning materials for packing and a pressing cover out of single-sheet materials with engaging projections and engaging holes provided thereto. CONSTITUTION:A packing case 1, cushioning materials 2 for packing that are provided to each of corners of an article 9 to be packed and inserted into the packing case 1 together with the article 9 to be packed, and a pressing cover 3 for pressing the article 9 to be packed are prepared. Each of the cushioning materials 2 for packing is in such structure that can be built up, out of single-sheet corrugated board paper in the unfolded state having at least a bottom part and laterals on the right and the left that are connected through creases to the bottom part, by bending the laterals on the right and the left along the creases against the bottom part. The pressing cover 3 is in a structure wherein bending pieces 38, equipped with engaging projection at their front ends with creases provided thereto, are formed out of corrugated board paper on which engaging holes are provided, and spacers S doubling as cushioning parts are built by bending the bending pieces 38 into chevroned shape at their creases and by putting the engaging projections into the engaging holes for engagement.

In order to achieve the above first object, the present invention provides a packaging box and a package provided at each corner of the package to be packaged together with the package. A packing cushioning material that is inserted into the box body and contacts the object to be packed and the inner wall of the packing box body, and a holding lid body that is inserted into the packing box body and presses the object to be packed. From the unfolded state in which the left side surface portion and the right side surface portion of the cushioning material are connected to at least the bottom surface portion via the folding line portion, the left side surface portion and the right side surface portion are respectively folded line portions to the bottom surface portion. In a structure for folding and assembling, the pressing lid body is formed by bending a piece of material of one piece having an engaging projection portion at the tip and a folding line on the bending piece, and forming an engaging hole portion in the material. The bent piece is bent into a mountain shape at the fold line and the engaging protrusion is engaged with the engaging hole to loosen it. Wherein the part has a structure of assembling a spacer serving as a.

The packing cushioning material 2 is a so-called corner pad, and is applied to each corner of the article 9 to be packed. The packing cushioning material 2 is made of corrugated paperboard 10. This corrugated paper 10 is shown in FIG.
As shown in (1) and (2), the corrugated sheet core material 13 is interposed between the double flute 11 and the inner craft runner 12 to bond them, and the inner craft runner 12 and the outer craft runner 14 are bonded to each other. The corrugated sheet core material 15 is interposed and these are bonded together, and the double flute 11, the corrugated sheet core material 13, and the inner craft runner 12 form an A flute 100. The plate core material 15 and the outer craft runner 14 form a B flute 200. In this case, the height of the corrugated sheet core material 13 of the A flute 100 is equal to the height of the corrugated sheet core material 15 of the B flute 200.
The height of the A flute 100 is larger than that of the B flute 200, and the A flute 100 is softer than the B flute 200.

As described above, according to the present invention, the packing box body and the objects to be packed provided at each corner of the packing object are inserted into the packing box body together with the packing object. And a cushioning material for packing that is in contact with the inner wall portion of the packaging box, and a holding lid body that is inserted into the packaging box and presses the object to be packaged. At least the bottom surface portion has a structure in which the left side surface portion and the right side surface portion are connected to each other through the fold line portion, and the left side surface portion and the right side surface portion are respectively folded at the fold line portion with respect to the bottom surface portion, and the pressing lid body is constructed. To
A bent piece having an engaging projection on the tip of a single piece of material and a fold line formed on the bent piece, and an engaging hole portion formed on the material, and the bent piece is formed at the fold line portion. Since the spacer is assembled by bending it into a mountain shape and engaging the engaging protrusion with the engaging hole to also serve as the buffer, the packing cushioning material is expanded from its expanded state to the bottom part. The left side surface and the right side surface are respectively folded at the folding line portion to assemble, and in the pressing lid body, the bending piece is bent at the folding line portion into a mountain shape, and the engaging protrusion is engaged with the engaging hole portion. Assemble the spacer, apply the packing cushioning material to each corner of the item to be packed,
This can be inserted into the packing box body, the pressing lid body can be placed above the object to be packed, and the packing box body can be closed to pack the object to be packed.
