In this staircase, a pair of step plate receiving plates (step plate receiving portions) 1, 1 which are spaced apart and opposed to each other are vertically arranged. Step plate receiving plate 1
Has an L-shaped continuous upper end. The one step plate receiving plate 1 is joined to the partition panel 5. A plurality of step plates 2 are horizontally supported on the step plate receiving plates 1 and 1 at different heights. That is, the step plate receiving metal fittings 4 are screwed to the surfaces of the step plate receiving metal plates 1 and 1 which face each other, and the upper horizontal parts of the step plate receiving metal parts 4 and the upper horizontal parts of the upper end horizontal parts of the step plate receiving metal 1 are respectively fixed. Both ends of the step plate 2 are placed on the. Both ends of the step plate 2 are fixed to the step plate bracket 4 by screws on the lower side thereof.
A riser plate 3 is erected in front of the step plate 2.
Both ends of the riser plate 3 are also located above the upper end horizontal portions of the step plate receiving plate 1, and the lower end surface of the riser plate 3 is brought into contact with the front end surface of the step plate 2 from the back side of the riser plate 3. It is fixed with screws. The upper end of the riser plate 3 is inserted into a groove 2a formed along the width direction on the lower surface of the rear end portion of the step plate 2 arranged immediately above the step plate 2.

When the step plate 2 bends as described above, the riser plate 3 bends at the central portion in the width direction of the step plate 2 under the compressive load from the step plate 2 as shown in FIG. The upper end of moves horizontally in the direction of the arrow in the figure. At this time, it is considered that the upper end surface of the riser plate 3 and the upper end surface of the groove 2a of the step plate 2 rub against each other to generate abnormal noise. Further, when the step plate 2 bends, both ends thereof are slightly lifted as shown in FIG. 5, so that the lower corner portion 2b of the groove 2a of the step plate 2 and the surface of the riser plate 3 as shown in FIG. Rub It is considered that abnormal noise is generated at this time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] This invention has been made in order to achieve the above object.
The gist is that a plurality of step plates are supported horizontally by a pair of step plate receiving members that are spaced apart and face each other vertically, and the lower end of the riser plate is at the front end of the lower step plate. In the staircase in which the upper end of the riser plate is inserted into the groove of the rear end portion of the upper step plate that is connected and is located above the lower step plate, the lower surface of the rear end portion of the upper step plate and the riser The lower end of the plate has a cross section L
The stairs are characterized by being connected by a letter-shaped metal reinforcing plate.

[Operation] The downward load applied to the upper step plate is transmitted to the lower end of the riser plate through the reinforcing plate. Therefore, no compression load is applied to the riser plate, and the riser plate does not bend. Further, the bending of the step plate is significantly reduced by this reinforcing plate as compared with the conventional one. Therefore, the conventional abnormal noise caused by the bending of the step plate and the riser plate is not generated.

This staircase has a pair of step plate receiving plates (step plate receiving members) 1, 1 that are spaced apart and face each other and are arranged vertically. The upper end of the step plate receiving plate 1 has a continuous L-shape. The one step plate receiving plate 1 is joined to a partition panel 5 including a vertical wooden bar 5a, a horizontal wooden bar 5b, and a gypsum board 5c. A plurality of step plates 2 are horizontally supported on the step plate receiving plates 1 and 1 at different heights. That is, the plate receiving metal fittings 4 are fixed to the surfaces of the plate receiving plates 1, 1 facing each other with screws 11, and the upper horizontal parts of the plate receiving metal 4 and the upper horizontal parts of the plate receiving plates 1 are fixed. Both ends of the step plate 2 are placed on the upper part. Both ends of the step plate 2 are fixed to the step plate receiving fitting 4 by screws 12 from below. A riser plate 3 is erected in front of the step plate 2. Both ends of the riser plate 3 are also located above the horizontal upper portion of the step plate receiving plate 1. The front end surface of the step plate 2 and the lower end surface of the riser plate 3 are in contact with each other, and are fixed by screws 13 from the back side of the riser plate 3. The upper end of this riser plate 3 is the above-mentioned step plate 2
It is inserted into a groove 2a formed along the width direction on the lower surface 2c of the rear end portion of the step plate 2 arranged immediately above. As shown in FIG. 2, a space 6 is formed between the upper end surface of the riser plate 3 and the groove 2a.
Is provided.

A metal reinforcing plate 7 is provided on the back side of the center portion of each riser plate 3 in the width direction. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing plate 7 has an L-shaped cross section and its horizontal portion 7a.
Is in contact with the lower surface 2c at the rear end of the step plate 2 and is fixed to the step plate 2 by screws 14. On the other hand, the vertical portion 7b of the reinforcing plate 7
Is in contact with the back surface of the riser plate 3, and the lower portion of the vertical portion 7b is fixed to the lower end of the riser plate 3 with a screw 15. The screw 15 penetrates the riser plate 3 and is screwed into the front end of the lower step plate 2.

In the stairs having the above-described structure, the downward load applied to the upper step plate 2 when the person moves up and down is passed through the reinforcing plate 7 to the riser plate 3.
Is transmitted to the bottom of. Therefore, a compression load is not applied to the riser plate 3, and the riser plate 3 is not compressed and bent unlike the conventional case. In addition, the reinforcing plate 7 is used to form the step plate 2
Deflection is much less than before. Therefore, the conventional abnormal noise caused by the bending of the step plate 2 and the riser plate 3 is not generated.
