紙幣の投入で作動する自動玉貸機等の紙幣投入機を遊技
台間に設けて遊技台列が構成されている遊技設備では、
紙幣が硬貨に比べて大形でかつ薄いものであり、しかも
軽くて可撓性があるという特性から硬貨のようには取扱
にくいので、紙幣投入機の各々に金庫(スタッカー)を
備えておき、各紙幣投入機において受け入れた紙幣はそ
の受け入れた紙幣投入機の金庫に収納しておくことが行

備と同じように、遊技台列前面側から受け入れた紙幣を
遊技台列背面側に送り出す紙幣投入機を遊技台間に設け
て構成される遊技台列の2列を背中合わせに配設し、こ
れらパチンコ遊技台列の背面間に、各遊技台列の紙幣投
入機から送り出された紙幣を遊技台列一端側の回収位置
まで合流搬送する搬送装置を設けて、紙幣を遊技者の邪
魔にならず、しかも能率良く回収できるようにすること
が考えられるが、この場合、各遊技台列の紙幣投入機か
ら送り出される紙幣を、単にコンベヤ等の搬送装置の載
置搬送面に不規則な姿勢で自由落下させて、遊技台列一
端側の回収位置まで合流搬送するだけでは、搬送紙幣が
搬送途中で滞留する等、搬送が不確実になり易く、ま
た、不規則な姿勢で自由落下してくる紙幣を搬送装置の
載置搬送面に確実に受け止められるよう、搬送面の横幅
