According to this type of manure processing method, livestock manure can be easily processed into an odorless and non-viscous liquid at an extremely low cost, and neither a gas odor nor an ammonia odor is generated during the processing. Furthermore, the treated liquid is odorless, non-viscous, easy to handle, and can also be used as an extremely high quality organic fertilizer.

The present invention is mainly composed of wild mugwort and aerobic bacteria, and feeds a livestock containing a fermented and purified product obtained by fermenting wild mugwort by aerobic bacteria to livestock, and excrement excreted by the livestock is mixed with manure. In the state, it flows out to the fermenter 1 and is preliminarily fermented in the fermenter 1, and the feces and urine preliminarily fermented flow out through the liquid exchange pipe 2 to the aeration tank 3 communicating with the fermenter 1 and the liquid exchange pipe 2. And ferment by aeration in the aeration tank 3,
A large number of foamy liquids are formed, and non-decomposable substances are contained in the foams. A part of the foamy liquid that is fermented and decomposed by aeration flows back to the fermentation tank 1 through the liquid alternating current pipe 2. At the same time, most of the foamy liquid is discharged to the defoaming tank 6 outside the aeration tank 3 to defoam, and the non-decomposable substance contained in the foam is separated and processed into an odorless, non-viscous liquid. In the present invention, the main material is wormwood and aerobic bacteria, and the fermented product obtained by fermenting wormwood with aerobic bacteria is included in the feed, and such feed is given to livestock. Therefore, the feedability of livestock feed is improved.
Further, the aerobic bacteria group of the fermentation purified product further promotes the fermentation decomposition even when the excrement excreted from livestock is aerated in the aeration tank 3, for example.

When manure is aerated in the aeration tank 3, the organic matter is efficiently decomposed and evaporated, and the inorganic matter is contained, for example, in a foamed liquid due to aeration, and is discharged to the outside of the aeration tank 3. . The foamy liquid discharged to the outside of the aeration tank 3 is defoamed by a defoaming machine and then left for a certain period of time. Then, the non-decomposed inorganic substance precipitated on the bottom is separated and processed into an odorless and non-viscous liquid.

In the fermentation tank 1, preliminary fermentation is carried out for about 10 days, and the internal temperature is kept at 30 ° C. or higher. here,
The fermentation tank 1 is connected to the adjacent aeration tank 3 by the liquid exchange tube 2, and when a certain amount or more of mixed manure is accumulated in the fermentation tank 1, the pre-fermented manure passes through the liquid AC tube 2. It flows into the aeration tank 3.

In the aeration tank 3, manure is aerated by the operation of the aeration pump 9, and a large amount of air is mixed in the manure. Then, this manure is fermented and decomposed into a fine bubble-like liquid. At that time, the organic matter is efficiently decomposed and evaporated, but the inorganic matter is not decomposed at all.
Accumulated in the tank and the pH in the tank exceeds 7-8 and exceeds 9,
It becomes a strong alkali, losing the activity of aerobic bacteria and inhibiting its decomposition. Therefore, this inorganic substance is removed to remove the pH in the tank.
Need to keep normal.

In this embodiment, however, many inorganic substances (non-decomposable substances) are contained in the bubbles of the foamy liquid formed by aeration by adhering them. The foamy liquid containing the inorganic substance is jetted out of the aeration tank 3 through the jet port 4 on the ceiling, and the pH inside the aeration tank 3 is maintained at about 7.

Aeration is performed for about 20 days in the aeration tank 3 and the internal temperature is maintained at 50 ° C. or higher. By the way, a part of the manure aerated in the aeration tank 3 is the liquid exchange tube 2
Since it can flow back into the fermenter 1 through it, this also brings about the result that pre-fermentation in the fermenter 1 can be carried out more efficiently.

A part of the foamy liquid decomposed by fermentation is allowed to flow back to the fermentation tank (1) through the liquid exchange pipe (2), and most of the foamy liquid is defoaming tank outside the aeration tank (3). It is discharged to (6) and defoams, and the non-decomposable substance contained in the foam is separated and processed into an odorless and non-viscous liquid. , Wherein the manure processing method of livestock.
