で縫うことが望まれる。ノーマルステッチとヒッチステ
ッチの発生は第29図及び第30図に示す如く各種のステッ
チの発生は下糸保持手段から引き出された下糸に対し、
縫いの進行方向正面か見て針が左右いずれの側に落ちる
かにより決まるものである。一般に回転する釜の剣先が
縫いの進行方向正面から見て下糸引出し点より前側、即
ち針の左側に下糸が来る状態の場合は第29図A〜Gの如
き経路でノーマルステッチとなり、逆に下糸引出し点よ
り後側、即ち針の右側に下糸が来る場合は第30図の如き
経路でヒッチステッチになる。従って一般的には下糸の
供給源を第29図の如く縫いの進行方向正面から見て、下
糸引出し点より前側、即ち針の左側に下糸が来るように
する為には下糸引出し点を第32a図の如く向かって左側
からとして下糸を供給することが効果的であり、多くの
ミシンはこの方式によってヒッチステッチを回避してい
る。しかしながらこのような方式では第27図に示すジグ
ザグ縫いに於いては下糸が片寄る現象が生じる。この現
象は縫目ピッチの小なる時に顕著であり、これを解消し
て第28図の如くの片寄らない縫目を得るためには第32b
図の如く下糸引出し点をジグザグ縫いの振巾の中央に設
定する必要がある。

よりも下に位置する為、前記針板37に形成した案内壁37
bに下糸が触れない位置であって、下糸51は第8図実線
の如く前記内釜4の左側に設けられた下糸引出し口4aか
ら引出されて針の振巾のどの位置よりも左側から供給す
る位置でパーフェクトステッチ形成に適した位置であ
る。

通って前記針板37に形成の下糸案内面37bに係合する。
即ち、針の振巾範囲の右側の針落位置に続いて左側の針
落位置が設定された場合、下糸は針板の下糸案内面に係
合して該案内面よりも左側への移動を制限されて下糸引
出し位置を振巾の中央位置に保つ。

材により回転を防止されて保持されている。

から引出された下糸は前記下糸案内板6の立上り部材6a
に係合して針の振巾範囲の右側の針落位置に続いて左側
の針落位置が設定された場合、下糸は前記下糸案内板6
の立上り面6aに係合して該立上り面よりも左側への移動
を制限されて下糸引出し位置を振巾の中央位置に保つ。

内体42が係合している、前記送り歯41のカム面41aは先
端側か高い位置となる如くの形状であって前記案内体42
の先端はそのカム面に当接係合して高く位置する為、前
記内釜4から引出された下糸は前記案内体42の下面に係
合するか前記下糸案内板6の上面6bよりも上方に位置す
ることになる。下糸は振巾の最左位置よりも左側の前記
内釜4の下糸引出し口4aから供給される。

央位置に設定して下糸の片寄りを防止し、「直線縫い」
では下糸を解放して振巾の最左位置よりも左側の内釜の
下糸引出し口から供給してピッチステッチを防止するこ
とができる。

定する位置設定手段を設け、前記作動部材により作動さ
れる下糸を案内する垂直な下糸案内壁と該下糸案内壁と
一体的に形成される傾斜部とでなる下糸案内部材を設け
ることを特徴とする下糸案内装置。
