たその施工方法についてはほとんど触れられていなかっ
た。そこで出願人は、先にこれらを改良する表装材とし
て特願平2−199456を発明した。この発明では、
新規な表装材とこれを用いた仕上げ方法を発明したもの
であった。

紙で保護された粘着材部を重ねながら接着させた後、離
型紙を剥がして、重ね合わせ部分を接着させる。その後
図1に示すように上端部の重ね代の重なり部分に固定金
具20により留め、固定接着させる。固定金具は表装材
の重ね代部分かつ他の表装材により覆われる部分に用い
るので、仕上げ面に表れることはない。このことによ
り、施工直後からの完全接着が可能となり落下や剥離の
危険性がなくなった。また、防水性を考慮する場合は壁
面の下部から張り始め、上部へ向かって張り上げること

重ね代部等を養生して、下記の実施配合1による塗料を
吹付により塗装して形成させた。なお、表装材の寸法は
40cm×60cmとし、目地兼重ね代は塗装した不織
布を露出させて5cm幅とした。粘着材部3および離型
紙部は厚さ0.2mm幅4.5cmにした非加硫ブチル
ゴムシートを用いた。このような表装材を600枚製作
し、コンクリートブロック造りで高さ2mの堀に施工し
て、施工性や納まりを確認した。施工時の接着材として
は、下記の実施配合2に示す、ポリマーセメントを用い
た。また、コンクリートブロック下地の為、アンカーを
使用しアンカーピンには、日本ヒルティ(株)製のAS
Aアルサスアンカーを用いて施工を行った。施工テスト
の結果は、心配されていたアンカーピンの頭部が表装材
の表面に現れることもなく、接着材の厚みと、重ね代部
分の厚みにより、ピン頭の厚みが吸収され、全く気にな
らない状態で表装材を張り上げることができた。また施
工性についても、さほど手間がとられることもなく施工
できた。
