From the viewpoint of energy saving, recent living spaces are becoming more insulated and airtight, and higher air conditioning is required. Elements of air include temperature control, humidity control and control of harmful air components. With respect to temperature control, various heating methods and cooling methods have been put into practical use and are in a satisfactory situation. However, there are still insufficient conditions to control humidity and harmful air components.

Regarding the humidifier, there are natural evaporation method, electric heating method, water spray method, ultrasonic method, etc., but the natural evaporation method has a small humidification capacity, the electric heating method has a high running cost, the water spray method has a low humidification efficiency, Upsizing.
In addition, the ultrasonic method has drawbacks such as high initial cost and short life.

Therefore, we repeatedly studied the method of significantly improving the humidifying capacity with the most practical natural evaporation type humidifier, which has low initial cost and running cost. In the natural evaporation method, in order to make the evaporation area of water as large as possible, use a vat-shaped container with a large opening or make an effort to increase the surface of the water by immersing the lower end of the woven fabric of hydrophilic fiber in water and increasing the capillary force. is doing. Here, if water is sliced to a thickness of several millimeters and this can be arranged in multiple layers vertically or horizontally or diagonally, the evaporation area of water can be greatly increased.

Therefore, as a result of repeated research on a method of vertically holding sliced water with a thickness of several mm, the hollow part of a hollow porous member with a porous membrane of hydrophobic polymer as the material and an internal thickness of several mm It was previously found that the water can be retained in an arbitrary space by containing the sliced water in the above, and the water can be freely evaporated.

In order to commercialize the natural evaporation type humidifying element using the above-mentioned hydrophobic polymer porous film, the humidifying element shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 was prototyped. In the figure, (1) is a hollow structure formed by stacking porous membranes (2) and adhering or heat-sealing the ends to form a rectangular shape. The end (1a) has a hollow part (1b). A water supply port (3) communicating therewith is provided. (4) is a water supply device for supplying humidification water to the hollow structure (1). (5) is a corrugated spacing plate that is wound around the hollow structure (1) so as to form a ventilation path between the hollow structures when the hollow structure (1) is wound. (6) is a core member having a rectangular parallelepiped outer shape, and the hollow structure (1) and the corrugated spacing plate (5) run along the core member (6) with the center member (6) as the center. Is wrapped around. The humidifier is formed by accommodating the thus configured one in the frame (7). While supplying water from the water supply port (3), air was sent between the hollow structures to perform an evaluation test of the humidifying ability.

As a result, in order to improve the moisturizing ability, it is preferable to use a porous membrane having a large porosity and a high density of pores distributed throughout the membrane as the above-mentioned porous membrane, and the thinnest possible thickness. I knew it was important. On the other hand, such a porous membrane has poor mechanical strength, and if the end surface of the sheet metal constituting the frame is brought into contact with an edge or the like during assembly or transportation, it is easily damaged and broken, resulting in water leakage.

Therefore, the present invention provides a humidifier having a high porosity and a thin film thickness, while protecting the porous film from the edges of the sheet metal and the like, which has a large humidification capacity and is highly practical. .

The humidifier according to the present invention is a bag-like hollow structure formed of a hydrophobic porous polymer material film that prevents water from passing and allows water vapor to pass, and is laminated on one surface of the hollow structure. , A smooth corrugated plate made of a soft resin is integrally wound, continuously wound around a core member and housed in a sheet metal frame, and water is supplied to the inside of the hollow structure. In addition, the space formed by the spacing plate is configured to supply air to humidify the water vapor that has passed through the hydrophobic porous polymer material film by including it in the air. Both ends of the corrugated plate-like spacing plate are longer than the length of the hollow structure and wound as described above, between the hollow structure around the core member and the frame made of sheet metal. It is configured such that the spacing plate exists between the outermost peripheral portion of the hollow structure. It is intended.

The humidifier according to the present invention has a smooth corrugated spacing plate made of a soft resin, which is longer than both ends of the hollow structure, and is wound between the hollow structure around the core member and when wound. A smooth corrugated spacing plate made of a soft resin is provided between the frame made of sheet metal and the outermost periphery of the hollow structure to protect the hollow structure and to improve the porosity. Even if a large and thin multi-porous film is used, it is possible to obtain a highly practical humidifier that is not damaged by the edges of the core member, the frame made of sheet metal, the spacing plate and the like.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and the corrugated plate-like spacing plate (5) described in the conventional example has a predetermined length longer than that of the hollow structure (1) as shown in FIG. Using a lengthened product, it is wound around the core member (6) around the core member (6), and the spacing plate (5) exists around and around the core member. It is something that is done. Therefore, a hollow structure (1) made of a thin porous film and a core member (6),
Since the hollow structure (1) and the frame (7) made of sheet metal are separated by the spacing plate (5), the porous film (2) is directly attached to the edges of the sheet metal constituting the core member (6) and the frame. ) Does not come into contact with each other, and since the corrugated plate-shaped spacing plate (5) is made of a soft resin and has no edge in terms of shape, the porous film (2) is used. ) Is not damaged.

As described above, according to the present invention, the passage of water is prevented,
A bag-shaped hollow structure formed of a hydrophobic porous polymer material film that allows water vapor to pass through, and a smooth corrugated plate-like spacing plate made of a soft resin, which is superposed on one surface of the hollow structure. Integrally, continuously wound around the core member, and housed in a frame made of sheet metal, while supplying water to the inside of the hollow structure and supplying air to the space formed by the spacing plate. In the one configured so as to humidify by supplying the water vapor, which has been supplied and passed through the hydrophobic porous polymer material film, to the air, the corrugated plate-like spacing plate is long at both ends of the hollow structure. The spacing plate between the hollow structure around the core member and between the frame made of sheet metal and the outermost peripheral portion of the hollow structure when wound longer than that and as described above. Since there is a smooth corrugated plate made of soft resin Both ends of the partition plate are made longer than the hollow structure, and when wound, it is soft between the hollow structure around the core member and between the sheet metal frame and the outermost peripheral part of the hollow structure. There is a smooth corrugated spacing plate made of resin of the above to protect the hollow structure, and even if a thin multi-pore membrane with a large porosity is used, the core member or sheet metal It is possible to obtain a highly practical humidifier that is not damaged by the edges of the frame and the spacing plate.
