テナンスも容易なバルコニーの排水構造を提供すること

連に連設して設置するとともに、各々の軒天井材2a,2a,
2aの箱状の内底面が前記外壁W側に向けて下方に傾斜す
るように形成された軒天井2を構成し、その軒天井2を
構成している各々の軒天井材2a,2a,2aの外壁Wの近くの
位置に、その外壁Wの外面と平行状態の方向に一直線上
に並ぶような排水口3,3,3を設け、その排水口3,3,3の下
方に連通するように設置された樋部4により前記複数個
の軒天井材2a,2a,2aの相互間を連絡して成るものであ
り、この構成により上記課題が解決されたものである。 [作用] バルコニー1に浸入する雨水とか、クーラの室外機の排
水などは軒天井2の排水口3から樋部4へと流れて、外
壁Wを汚すことなどなく、又、軒天井2と樋部4を形成
するだけで排水構造を形成でき、外観の納まりが良好
で、施工が容易であるだけでなく、メンテナンスも容易
になるものである。 [実施例] 外壁Wの二階梁の天端から中央片持梁5が突出してお
り、この片持梁を介して根太6が架け渡され、前面梁7
が取付けられている。根太6にはフロアー材8が敷設さ
れており、前面梁7には支柱9が立設され、支柱9を介
して外装材10が取付けられている。前面梁7の前面には

て下方に傾斜するように形成された軒天井を構成したか
ら、屋外の露天に設置されているバルコニーに降る雨水
とか、バルコニーに設置されたクーラの室外機からの排
水は、各々の箱状の軒天井材の全体の内底面により広範
囲に受水されることになり、その箱状の軒天井材の内底
面は効率のよい排水受け作用を行うとともに、複数個の
軒天井材は一体となってバルコニーの下方空間の軒天井
をも兼用していることになる。しかも、一単位の軒天井
材を複数個一連に連設することにより任意の広さの面積
を有するバルコニー及び軒天井を構成できる利点があ
る。 また、軒天井を構成している各々の軒天井材の外壁の近
くの位置に、その外壁の外面と平行状態の方向に一直線
上に並ぶように排水口を設け、その排水口の下方に連通
するように設置された樋部により前記複数個の軒天井材
の相互間を連絡していることは、雨水などの排水は、複
数個の軒天井材による箱状の広範囲な内底面により大量
に受水されて、大量の排水は外壁の方向に流され排水口
に集中され、樋部を介して一挙に外部に能率よく排水さ
れることになり、そのため排水による外壁の表面の汚損
