が張り出しているため、回転体と被調理物の接触抵抗が
増えて早くなる。さらに容器の内周面をすりばち状にし
ているため、三次混合された被調理物と空気はスムーズ
に内周面にそつて上昇して回転体に効率良く巻き込まれ
る。その結果、被調理物の泡立てに要する時間が短縮さ
