本出願人はさきに特願昭59−117691号において、一端を
剣先としたレース部分を金属製で別体形成し、これを金
型内にセットして樹脂を射出し、一体成形した中釜につ
いて提案した。これによれば、芯部分以外は樹脂で形成
されるため機械加工が減って工程数が大巾に減るなど釜
製造コストの面でかなりな効果が得られるが、反面金型
内における成形中の金属製の芯部分と側部の樹脂部分と
の冷却速度の違いにより歪みを生じて寸法精度が低下
し、不具合な形状となる問題を生じる。ことにレース部
分は最も精度が要求され、ここで歪みを生じ、必要な精
度が得られないと中釜として致命的となる。そのうえ金
型内での芯部分の装着に際しても位置決めを正確に行う
ために密嵌させようとすれば、形離れが容易でなくな
り、逆に多少の遊びを持たせて型離れを容易に行えるよ
うにしようとすれば、位置ずれが起き易くなり、位置決
めが正確に行われなくなって成形品の精度が更に低下す
るなどの難点があった。

られるほか芯部分を金型内にセットして射出成形するの

寸法精度が損なわれることがなくなるうえ金型内での芯
部分の位置決めや型離れなどに配慮する必要もなくな
