[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention stores two kinds of substances in a single bag in a state in which they are separated by a partition wall, and breaks the partition wall if necessary.
The present invention relates to the structure of a bag in which both substances are caused to react by mixing them to obtain an exothermic effect and a freezing effect. More specifically, this seed bag separates two substances by a partition wall. It is necessary to put it, but eventually the partition will be broken or peeled off,
Since both substances will be mixed, if the partition wall is difficult to break, it will be troublesome at the time of use, and if it is too weak, the partition wall will be broken during transportation and the commercial value will be lost. It is an object of the present invention to improve the points and to provide an excellent bag which is easy to tear but has a protection measure against impact during transportation.

Conventionally, various two-chamber bags of this kind have been proposed, but none of them have been added with any means for preventing the above-mentioned drawbacks, and most of them are simply provided with a partition wall. For example, the one shown in Fig. 2 of Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-27145 has a synthetic resin film folded in two in the longitudinal direction, and two films vertically stacked on the side opposite to the fold are heated at their edges. When forming a flat bag by fusing, the cylinder is partitioned in the diameter direction by a partitioning sheet having a width considerably shorter than the width of the bag, that is, the cross section of the cylinder is "θ".
It becomes letter-shaped. Both ends of the partition sheet are fused to the cylindrical body. A method is often used in which the cylindrical body thus obtained is cut into an appropriate length and the bottom is heat-sealed to form a two-chamber bag.

The conventional two-chamber bag has the disadvantages of low production efficiency and high cost due to the difficulty of breaking the partition wall, the main body of the bag being torn because it is difficult to tear, or the complicated structure. This was a problem.

The present invention has been obtained as a result of various trial and error attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its basic technical idea is that a partition wall between two chambers can be formed with high efficiency, and a part of the partition wall is different from other parts. Compared to the above, it is formed in a more fragile state, but in order not to damage this part due to unexpected shock during transportation,
It means taking special defense measures. In other words, it is easy to intentionally break the bulkhead, but protective measures are taken against unexpected external forces. This will be explained more concretely. In FIGS. 1 and 2, as a material for forming the bag, two heat-fusible synthetic resin films are overlaid, and the side edges in the length direction are heated. At the same time as the adhesive parts (&) and (&') are formed by fusing, a specially shaped fusing part is formed at the center of the tubular bag thus formed, and the fusing part forms the partition wall (3). ), And on both sides of it (A),
Two chambers of (B) are formed. The fact that the partition wall (3) has a special shape means that the narrowest part (4) is a part of the partition wall.
That is, the shape is appropriate. And
Auxiliary adhesive portions (5) and (5 '), which are fusion-bonded portions (circular in the figure) having a small shape, are provided immediately in front of the narrowest portion (4).

The auxiliary adhesive portions (5) and (5 ') protect the weak portion of the partition wall described above. The thus obtained bag having two chambers (A) and (B) has different substances (a) and (b) enclosed in each chamber and is used as a product as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. is there.

Next, another specific example will be described. A heat-fusible tape-shaped film is interposed between two sheets (1) and (1 '), but the position is a position where a partition wall is formed (third part).
(Fig.), As in the case described above, it is an intermediate position between both chambers (A) and (B). By heat-melting this film, 2
The sheets are adhered to form the partition. The auxiliary adhesive portions (5) and (5 ') can be formed in the same manner.

In FIG. 9, the non-adhesive part 7 is provided in the partition wall (3). In this part, both sheets (1) and (1 ') are not adhered to each other and are formed into islands from the surroundings. Since it is left behind, peeling of both sheets becomes easier.

As the form of the two-chamber bag, in addition to the one shown in FIG.
The one shown in FIG. 6 is also used. In this case, two synthetic resin sheets are superposed on each other and heat-sealed around the outer periphery in a U-shape, and at the same time, the two sheets of synthetic resin are preliminarily arranged in the central portion in the longitudinal direction and are made of a heat-melting material. The film is heated and melted into the same shape as above. That is, a narrow width portion is formed in the fusion-bonding portion that serves as a partition wall, and an auxiliary bonding portion is formed immediately before this narrowest portion. Even in this case, needless to say, the partition wall can be formed without changing the heat-melting film (2) by changing the material of the bag.

The two-chamber bag of the present invention is related to the above-mentioned structure, that is, the partition wall (83) separating the two chambers (A) and (B) of the bag is provided with the narrowest portion (4), and the portion can be relatively easily with fingers. It can be peeled off, and once the part is peeled off, it can be easily peeled off greatly, so that the substances enclosed in both chambers (A) and (B) can be easily mixed. On the other hand, the auxiliary fusion part (5),
Even if the contents are pushed to the partition side due to careless transportation or handling due to the presence of (5 '), the contents are not attached to the partition because of the auxiliary adhesive parts (5) and (5'). The weakest portion (4) is not directly pressed, but pressure is exerted on the rather strong portion of the partition wall (arrow), so that damage to the product can be prevented. This is because the space between the two walls of the bag at the auxiliary adhesive portion is extremely narrow, and the movement of the contents follows the direction of the arrow in FIG.

Next, the productivity of the two-chamber bag of the present invention will be described. Two synthetic resin sheets are respectively fed from different winding rollers, and the hot-melt film (2) is also fed from another winding roller. However, since the two sheets (1) and (1 ') are laid out so that they are placed in the center of the middle of the two sheets, the heating process can be continuously performed while the three members are sequentially fed out, which enables high-speed production. is there.

(P) is a two-chamber bag having two chambers (A) and (B),
Two substances can be isolated and sealed by filling different contents in both chambers (A) and (B) and sealing the opening (fifth).
(Fig. 6). In order to break the partition walls of both chambers (A) and (B) and mix the contents of the respective chambers, the narrowest part (4) of the partition walls is peeled off with a finger. When a part is peeled off, the peeled portion can be easily expanded, so that the contents can be easily mixed.
