てグラビア印刷によりチエツク柄からなる絵柄印刷層を
設け、更に該印刷絵柄層面に版深30ミクロンのベタ版
にて (3)に示す組成からなる接着剤組成物にてグラビア
印刷により接着剤層を設けて転写シートを作製した。一
方、布地の表面に (4)に示す組成の下塗剤組成物を固形
分で15g/m2 塗布し、該下塗層面に (5)に示す発泡性
塩化ビニル組成物を280g/m2 塗布した後ゲル化させ
て表面に発泡性樹脂層を備えた被転写基材を作製した。
上記被転写基材の発泡性樹脂層面と前記転写シートの接
着剤層面とを重ね合わせ、150℃の熱ローラーとゴム
ローラー間を、線圧5kg/cm 、速度5m/分の条件下で通
過させたのち転写シート基材を剥離して、被転写基材の
発泡性樹脂層面に絵柄インキ層を転写した。次いで、2
00℃にて60秒間加熱して発泡性樹脂層の発泡を完了
させることにより、2段階の深さの凹部を備えた意匠性
