Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、電子写真プリンタ、特に用紙走行ガイド部と
転写チャージ部（ドラム上のトナーを用紙上に転写させ
る機構）とを含む電子写真プリンタに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の電子写真プリンタは第２図に示すように転写チャ
ージ部を通過して静電気を保持した印字用紙をベース固
定の用紙ガイド５（カーボンなし通常66ナイロン）で受
けているが、その印字用紙が保持する静電気を落とすた
めに、無数のエッジを持つ板金で作られた針付プレート
６と用紙ガイド５により用紙ガイド部を形成していた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら、このような上述した従来の電子写真プリ
ンタは、用紙走行ガイド部を一体成形の用紙ガイドと板
金の針付プレートから形成されているため、非常にコス
ト高で、かつ針付プレートが非常に鋭いエッジを有して
いることから組立時等での安全に問題があるという欠点
があった。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明の電子写真用プリンタは、一体モールドである用
紙走行ガイドを材料として66ナイロンに静電気を落とす
ためのカーボンを含有し、かつ形状的にはタテ型のエッ
ジ形状を有して構成される。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明す
る。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す斜視図である。
第１図に示す電子写真プリンタは、用紙走行ガイド１
と、転写チャージ部３とを含んで構成される。
用紙走行ガイド１は材料がカーボン含有66ナイロンで形
状的には数本のタテ状エッジ２を有した特殊一体モール
ドで構成されており、転写チャージ部３を通過した印字
用紙４の静電気を用紙走行ガイド１の材質とタテ状エッ
ジ２の形状で落とすこととなる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の電子写真プリンタは、使用する材料としてカー
ボン含有入66ナイロン、形状的にはタテ型エッジ形状を
有した一体モールドの用紙走行ガイドを用いることによ
り、用紙走行ガイドと同じ材質のタテ状エッジで印字用
紙の静電気を集電しそれを用紙走行ガイドに逃がすこと
ができ、安全でしかも簡単な構造で除電の効率化を図る
ことができる

  1. 【請求項１】転写チャージ部と、前記転写チャージ部で
    発生した静電気を減少させるためにカーボンを含有した
    66ナイロンからなり、かつ形状的にはタテ状エッジを有
    した用紙走行ガイドとを含むことを特徴とする電子写真
    プリンタ
