Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the service life of a shoe which is subjected to severe abrasion by using a highly corrosion-inhibitive and abrasion-resistant material for the shoe of a sand hoisting machine and a sludge scraping machine used after muddy sand treatment. CONSTITUTION:A shoe 4 used for sewage treatment machinery such as a sand hoisting machine and a sludge scraping machine, is installed on a bucket or a flight in a freely rotable manner, and is made of a ceramic roller. In addition, the sliding surface between the shoe and a rail 5 is abrasion-resistant. Thus the abrasion resistance and corrosion inhibitive properties of the shoe are enhanced, and the service life of the shoe is extended exceedingly long. Thus the inconvenience of replacing the shoe is significantly minimized.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sewage treatment machine such as a sand lifter, a sludge attractor, a flight conveyor, etc., in which shoes which slide with rails are made of ceramic rollers and are rolled by the movement of flights, buckets, etc. The present invention relates to a wear resistant shoe in a sewage treatment machine that is operated to improve the wear resistance of the shoe.

2. Description of the Related Art In the sewage treatment process, a large amount of sand particles are mixed in a treatment tank provided with a sand lifter, a flight conveyor, a sludge attractor, etc. located relatively in the first half. Then, the bucket of the sand lifter, the flight conveyor, the flight of the sludge scraper, and the like are slidably moved while supporting the load on rails laid along the longitudinal direction of the pond, and perform desired work. When these buckets, flights, etc. slide on the rails, sliding friction due to mixed sand and the like is severe.
For this reason, a shoe is attached to a sliding portion in contact with the rail so that the bucket, flight, etc. are not directly worn, and this shoe is often replaced to ensure wear resistance of the bucket, flight, etc. The material used for this shoe is generally ordinary cast iron (FC20) to spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD60) having good wear resistance.

In sewage containing chlorine ions, sulfate ions, sand, etc., a shoe of ordinary cast iron has insufficient corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and this shoe is often replaced due to severe wear and corrosion. It is necessary to replace this shoe, which requires a considerable amount of work. Also, as an improvement against corrosion deterioration, the shoe is made of stainless steel.
A method of applying US304 and a thin plate made of SUS304 on the rail surface has been proposed. However, even if it is excellent in corrosion resistance, it wears heavily and also wears the rail side, so it is not very effective. It is also possible to manufacture the entire shoe with ceramics, but even if it is excellent in corrosion resistance and wear resistance as a material of ceramics, it has extremely high hardness but low fracture toughness value and becomes fragile and vulnerable to impact. It cannot be used. In addition, it is difficult to process into a complicated shape and it becomes expensive.

The wear resistant shoes in a sewage treatment machine such as a sand lifter and a sludge attractor according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments. In the figure, A is a sludge attractor installed in a sewage treatment plant, and this sludge attractor A is a water tank 1 as shown in the figure.
Or, the chain 2 of the sand lifter is stretched endlessly along the bottom and the water surface in the longitudinal direction of the sewage treatment pond, and the flights 3 are attached to the chain at required intervals, and the flight 3 is moved along the bottom. The sludge settling at the bottom is scraped up in the sludge pit provided at the bottom of the pond, and the sludge collected is scraped up and discharged. The sludge attractor A has a shoe on the sliding surface with the rail for preventing flight wear when the flight 3 slides on the rail 5 laid on the bottom of the pond or the water tank. Attach 4.

The shoe 4 is a ceramic roller,
The diameter, length and the like of the flight are appropriately determined so as to support the weight of the flight, facilitate rolling, and facilitate sliding of the flight. When the ceramic roller is attached to the flight so that the ceramic roller slides in contact with the rail during movement such as flight, a part of the outer peripheral surface of the roller slightly projects from the flight bottom surface.

The ceramic roller is formed by cutting out a part of the flight and supporting only the roller, and fitting the roller into the notch. The roller is rotatably pierced through a metal supporting shaft. Supported. The ceramic roller can be made entirely of ceramic, but in order to improve the impact resistance which is a characteristic of ceramic, it is formed into a required shape by mixing ceramic powder or granules with synthetic resin. You can do it.

Further, as the ceramic forming the roller, alumina-based ceramics, zirconium oxide-based ceramics, and others are appropriately used. A large number of gaps are formed in this ceramic layer, and dirty water or the like enters through these gaps. To prevent this, a sealing process is performed. In this method, a required synthetic resin, for example, a silicon resin is poured into the gap of the ceramic layer or filled to fill the gap completely.
