<Conventional technology> When an apartment house is constructed by dwelling unit units, a flat plan is used for each floor to obtain an efficient block structure, that is, a so-called flat type is used, or dwelling unit units on upper and lower floors are integrated. It is often constructed by the maisonette type.

<Means for Solving Problems> The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems. A dwelling unit is formed by a vertical space portion and a horizontal room portion communicating with the vertical space portion. A large open space is formed in advance, and these units are integrated to construct an apartment house.

<Example> Hereinafter, an apartment house of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First
The figure is a perspective view showing the dwelling unit 1. In this dwelling unit 1, a vertical space 2 and a horizontal room 3 are formed in communication with the vertical space 2. The dwelling unit 1 of the present embodiment has a so-called T shape in which the horizontal living room portions 3, 3 extend on both sides of the vertical space portion 2. As shown in the schematic plan cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the vertical space 2 has a void-like space as a whole, and an entrance 4 is provided at either one of the lower parts thereof and ascends or descends to the horizontal room 3. A staircase 5 is provided for this purpose.

On the other hand, the horizontal room 3 is
A blow-through space that communicates with the vertical space 2 is provided at substantially the center, and living rooms 31 and 32 are provided on both sides of this space. A crossing corridor 33 is formed above the vertical space 2 in a state of bridging between the living room 31 and the living room 32. The upper part of the stairs 5 provided in the above-mentioned vertical space portion 2 is continuously provided in the passage corridor 33. That is, as shown in the schematic longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 4, the T-shaped dwelling unit 1 has a vertical space 2 at the substantially center.
And rooms 31 and 32 are provided on both sides of the upper part.
Therefore, in each dwelling unit 1, the vertical space 2 itself forms a partition space, and each living room 3 starts from the entrance 4.
An independent void space will be formed between 1 and 32. In particular, by arranging this void space on the south side of the housing complex, the vertical space 2 can be used as a multipurpose space such as a sunroom or an atelier. When it is necessary to increase the number of rooms due to changes in the family structure, a floor and a wall can be formed in the upper part of the vertical space 2 to secure the required number of rooms.

Next, a case where a plurality of dwelling unit units 1 having the above configuration are integrated will be described. As shown in the schematic front view of FIG. 5, the dwelling unit units 1A, 1B, 1C ...
A, 1B, 1C ... Horizontal space sections 3a, 3b are arranged with vertical space sections 2d of other dwelling unit 1D, and adjacent dwelling unit units 1A, 1B,
In 1D, the horizontal space portions 3a, 3b, 3d are accumulated in a state of overlapping. When the dwelling unit units 1A, 1B ... are accumulated as described above, the respective horizontal dwell units 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d ... are overlapped with the horizontal dwell units of the other dwell unit units, and the whole unit is substantially integrated. A rectangular housing complex will be built. FIG. 6 is a schematic front view of an apartment house constructed by similarly assembling other dwelling unit units 6, 6 formed in a substantially L shape by the vertical space portion 2 and the horizontal living room portion 3, and FIG. Is a schematic front view of an apartment house constructed by accumulating dwelling unit units 7, 7 ... Formed in a substantially Z shape by providing horizontal living room portions 3, 3 above and below the vertical space 2. Further, FIG. 8 is a schematic front view of an apartment house in which the horizontal living room 3 is provided on one surface of the vertical space 2 and the dwelling unit units 8, 8 having the horizontal housings 3, 3 are provided above and below the other surface, respectively. FIG. 9 is a schematic front view of an apartment house in which the unit units 9, 9 ... In which the horizontal room portions 3, 3, ... Are provided on the upper and lower sides of the vertical space 2, respectively.
