In recent years, elevators are required to have stable and smooth speed control and accurate landing. Therefore, the elevator is equipped with a speed detector that detects the motor speed of the traction machine and sends a signal to the control circuit. In addition, the traction machine for elevators has a structure in which a hoisting handle that manually turns the motor shaft of the traction machine can be attached to the motor shaft in order to rescue a person in the elevator car room in the event of an emergency such as when the motor power is cut off. ing.

However, the motor shaft diameter of the hoisting handle mounting portion at the motor shaft end is determined by the torque required when the hoisting handle is used, and the minimum allowable diameter for strength design is determined. The diameter of the mounting shaft of the speed generator installed in the middle part cannot be reduced below the above minimum diameter, that is, there is a restriction in using a small speed generator or a speed generator with a common structure. , As shown in Fig. 8, the speed generator is coupled to the motor shaft end (40a).
There is also a known structure in which the speed generator (40) must be removed and the hoisting handle must be installed in the event of an emergency such as when the motor power is cut off, but there was a problem that it took time.

In the elevator traction machine configured as described above, the hoisting handle mounting portion is provided on the motor shaft portion intermediate between the motor body and the motor shaft end portion, and the speed detector is mounted on the motor shaft end portion. The diameter of the mounting shaft of the speed detector can be made smaller than the diameter of the mounting part of the hoisting handle, and a small speed detector can be used. Moreover, since the above-mentioned speed detector is configured such that the rotating portion is connected to the motor shaft end portion, the rotating portion is connected to the motor shaft, and the fixed portion is attached to the motor body by the detachable mounting member, the speed detector is not removed. By removing the above-mentioned mounting member, the hoisting handle can be mounted on the hoisting handle mounting portion.

1 to 5, (1) is a motor body of a traction machine for elevators, (2) is a motor shaft, and a hoisting handle mounting portion (3) is a part of the motor shaft (2). It is processed into a flat surface, and has a hole (3a) in the center of the flat surface for receiving the stopper (7a) for preventing the hoisting handle from falling off. (4) is an encoder used as a speed detector, which is formed of an outer fixed part (5) and an inner rotating part (6), and the fixed part (5) is attached to the motor body with a leaf spring (5a). It is attached with a screw (5b), the rotating part (6) is connected to the motor shaft, and the axial direction is stopped with a stop nut (6a). The mounting shaft portion of the rotating portion (6) has a smaller diameter than the shaft portion of the hoisting handle mounting portion (3). Reference numeral (7) is a hoisting handle, which has a stopper (7a) for preventing the handle from falling off when the hoisting handle is mounted on the hoisting handle mounting portion (3). The stopper (7a) is normally in the position shown in FIG. 5 by a spring (not shown), and when a force is applied in the direction of the arrow, the stopper (7a) moves in the direction of the arrow and winds the handle as shown in FIG. When mounted on the handle mounting part, the stopper (7a) is a mechanism that fits into the drill hole (3a) of the handle mounting part (3).

In the elevator traction machine of the present invention,
Since the hoisting handle mounting part is provided on the motor shaft part midway between the motor body and the motor shaft end part, the degree of freedom in the structural design of the encoder, which is the rotation detector mounted on the motor shaft end part, increases, that is, the handlebar. Since the diameter of the mounting shaft of the encoder can be made smaller than the diameter of the traction machine motor shaft without being restricted by the diameter of the mounting shaft, the encoder can be downsized or the structure of the shaft of the encoder can be standardized. A cheaper one can be adopted.

In addition, since the rotating part of the encoder, which is the rotation detector, is connected to the motor shaft and the fixed part is attached to the motor body with the leaf spring and the mounting screw, the encoder should be removed when the motor power is cut off. It is possible to easily attach the hoisting handle to the hoisting handle attachment portion and manually turn the motor shaft by simply removing the mounting screw of the leaf spring without removing it.
