け効率よく感知する必要があるので,被加熱体の底面と
接する前記したセンサの蓋は熱伝導率の高い材料でつく

ルダーを内部に備えた内ケースと、内側の周縁近傍に沿
って凹部が形成されていて、前記サーミスタホルダーを
覆いかつその周縁部を前記内ケースの周縁に加締めた蓋
と、前記内ケースを前記外ケースの開口方向へ押上げ付
勢する支持ばねと、前記内ケースの内部に設けられたリ
ードスイッチと、前記外ケースと一体に設けられ前記内
ケースの下降の際に前記リードスイッチに接近してそれ
を作動する磁束発生装置とを有してなる調理器用温度セ
ンサにおいて、前記蓋が、その上面がその上に載置され
る被加熱体の曲面の底面の形状に合致する曲面を形成し
ており、前記サーミスタを支持するサーミスタホルダー
が、上端の周縁部が前記内ケースの周縁の上にまで延
び、かつ下側部分の側部で前記リードスイッチを位置決
めしており、前記蓋が前記凹部近傍を中心に加締められ
ることにより、前記サーミスタホルダー、前記サーミス
タ、及び前記リードスイッチの前記内ケース内での位置
決めが確保されることを特徴とする。

スタホルダーに支持されたサーミスタ,7はサーミスタホ
ルダー3の下側部分の側部の凹部3aによって位置決めさ
