バー24は鋼線等で製作する事により加工も簡単に出来
る。スイッチベース25は絶縁性を有するプラスチック材
料で成し、固定接片27及び可動接片28を一体成形する。
なお、とくに可動接片28は薄板の銅板あるいはステンレ
ス板等の可撓性のある材料にてなす。第1図は既述の様
に蓋21を閉じた状態であるから、上記固定接片27及び可
動接片28はON状態にある。同ON状態にする為には、蓋レ
バー24にて安全レバー29を上方に移動せしめ、安全レバ
ー29の上端に回転自在に軸支された可動体30の一端に
て、前述の可動片28の先端L字形屈折部28´を押圧せし
める。なお可動体30は、その一部を安全レバー29に回転
自在に軸支される一方、薄板鋼板にてなるコ字形断面の
基板31に形成した上下方向に長寸法を有する異形穴32に
遊嵌するスライド凸起33を形成した電気的絶縁材、例え
ば合成樹脂材等で成す。なお基板31には、既述のスイッ
チベース25を固着する一方、蓋21側端部の突出片34にて
安全レバー29を回転自在に保持する。基板31外底面の凸
起35と安全レバー29の凸起36との間に押圧コイルバネ37
を介挿せしめ、この1箇のコイルバネ37にて安全レバー
29を基板31に対し下方に押圧しつつ、時計方向の回転付
勢力を保持せしめている。蓋21を開状態にした時は、蓋
レバー24は軸受部26を中心に反時計方向に回転し、安全
レバー29もまた下方に移行するので、可動体30は異形穴
32に沿って下方に移動し、可動接片28を上方に押圧する
付勢力が解除され、従って蓋スイッチがOFF状態とな
る。
