However, if the stopper is fixed as described above, there is a problem that the stopper becomes an obstacle when taking out the paper from the paper discharge stacker, and it is very difficult to take out the paper. In particular, if the stopper is high, there is a risk that the paper may hit the stopper and be damaged when the paper is taken out.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention applies the leading edge of the sheets discharged to the sheet discharge stacker to the surface of a stopper that stands up in order to prevent the sheets from jumping out and stack the sheets on the sheet discharge stacker. In the paper discharge stopper device, stoppers are installed at positions corresponding to both sides of the leading edge of the stack of sheets stacked on the paper discharge stacker, and the stoppers are rotatably supported with the base end side as a fulcrum, and the stack is formed. When the paper is taken out, a biasing force is applied to the both stoppers so that they can be pushed up by the paper in conjunction with the paper take-out operation, while the stack surface at an intermediate position between the both stoppers is taken out in the paper take-out direction. It is characterized in that it is exposed to and formed with a depression.

With such a configuration, when taking out the stack of sheets on the stacker, the hand is put in the recess between both stoppers to grasp the leading edge of the stack of sheets and pull it out in the sheet removing direction. Then, interlocking with the sheet take-out operation, the stopper is pushed down by the sheet against the biasing force. When the stacked sheets are taken out while pushing down the stopper, the stopper automatically stands up due to the urging force.

Next, the structure of the paper discharging stopper device will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the paper discharge stopper device, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view thereof. This paper discharge stopper device has a rectangular plate-shaped stopper (30). The stopper (30) is provided with an edge frame (30a) on the back surface. On the other hand, a recess (33) into which the base end of the stopper (30) can be fitted is formed on the stack surface on the terminal side of the paper discharge stacker (22). Mounting holes (34) and (34) are provided on both side surfaces of the recess (33), respectively. Then, in a state where the base end of the stopper (30) is fitted in the recess (33), the mounting shaft (35) is attached to the mounting holes (34), (31), (from the outside of the recess (33). Pass through the stoppers (3) and (34)
The base end of the stopper (30) is rotatably attached to the recess (33) by passing through the back side of (0). The mounting shaft (35) is prevented from slipping off by fitting the elastic ring (37) into the groove (36) provided in the portion protruding to the outside of the recess (33).

A coil-shaped torsion spring (38) is wound around the mounting shaft (35) inside the spring receivers (32), (32). One end (38a) of the torsion spring (38) abuts on the back surface of the stopper (30) and the other end (38b) abuts on the recessed portion (33), and the spring force constantly exerts a standing force on the stopper (30). give. Therefore, the stopper (30) is held in a standing position unless an external force equal to or greater than the spring force of the torsion spring (38) is applied, and when an external force equal to or greater than the spring force is applied, the mounting shaft (35) serves as a fulcrum to take out the sheet. It falls in the direction and returns to the standing position when the external force is released. The torsion spring (38) is wound around the mounting shaft (35) when the stopper (30) is attached, as shown in FIG. It is done by setting it between (32) and inserting the mounting shaft (35) inside it.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the paper discharge stopper device is provided with two sets of recesses (101) formed for facilitating gripping of the stacked papers (100).

In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the standing stopper (30) causes the leading edge of the sheets (100) sequentially stacked on the sheet stacker (22) to contact the surface of the sheet (10).
0) popping out is prevented. Also, when you put your hands through the gap beside the stopper (30) and grab the stacked sheets of paper (100) by hand, and pull out to the position of the alternate long and short dash line, the stopper (30) is pushed by the sheet of paper (100) and Fall like. Then, when the removal of the paper (100) is completed, the stopper (30) automatically returns to the standing position by the spring force of the torsion spring (38).

Therefore, in the above embodiment, since the stopper (30) can be tilted by pulling out the paper (100), the paper can be easily taken out, and at the time of taking it out,
There is no fear of hitting the paper with a stopper and damaging it as in the conventional case. Further, since the stopper (30) can be automatically returned to the standing position after the paper (100) is taken out, it is not necessary to reset the stopper (30) to the standing position, which is very convenient.
