しにくいものであったためと考えられる。

加工液の除去処理については、加圧液体の噴射によるた
め被加工物の保持機構が必要であり、依然連続作業は不
可能のままであった。よって、被加工物表面に付着した
加工液の除去は、発錆・美観・寸法精度において不都合
が発生しないように、どうしても後工程として別の洗浄
・乾燥装置が必要となり、設備費用の削減や加工の能率
化への改善ができなかった。
