題がある。(Prior art and its problems) In various devices for accumulating powder and granules such as melting furnaces and silos, a hanging phenomenon often occurs. When the hanging phenomenon occurs, the powder and granules are taken out from the lower part of the device. In addition, only a cavity is created under the hangings, and the level of the granular material does not decrease. Therefore, even if the level is measured with a level meter, the level corresponding to the accumulated amount of granular material must be correctly measured. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to replenish the powder and granules.

The wire 1 is hung at a low speed, the weight 2 is brought into contact with the granular material level 8, and the length of the wire 1 at that time is determined by the level detection unit 5.
Then, the powder level 8 is measured. However, since it is not known whether or not the level 8 of the granular material at the time of this measurement is that at the time of the hanging phenomenon, the wire 1 is lifted by the wire elevating and lowering drive unit 6 in an appropriate amount. Then, this time, by operating the wire free operating portion 7, the wire 1 is allowed to fall freely and the weight 2 is caused to collide with the granular material level 8. Thus, the hanging 4 is destroyed by the impact force of the weight 2.

When it is used in an apparatus that generates high heat such as a melting furnace, it may be appropriately configured, for example, by using a material having a small coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent heat resistance.

A pair of wire holders 9a and 9b are provided on the upper side and the lower side, respectively.
A pulling roller 10 that can move up and down and a fixed roller 11 that serves as an up and down fulcrum of the wire 1 are provided. When the level is measured, the wire free-fall operation section 7 having the above structure opens both the wire holders 9a and 9b, moves the pulling roller 10 to the left, and pulls the pulling roller 10 away from the wire 1 to move the wire lifting drive section 6 By wire 1
To slow down. On the other hand, at the time of suspension breakage, with the weight 2 in contact with the granular material level 8, the upper wire holder 9a is closed to restrain the wire 1, and the pulling roller 10 is moved to the right to remove the wire 1. After lifting and then closing the lower wire holder 9b, the pulling roller 10 is returned to the original position on the left side again, and then the lower wire holder 9b is closed.
Is released, and the wire 1 and the weight 2 are lowered by free fall. At this time, by appropriately adjusting the length of the wire 1 below the upper wire holder 9a, it is possible to prevent the weight 2 from excessively sinking below the granular material level 8, and By adjusting the amount of movement of the pulling roller 10 to the right, the drop height of the weight 2 can be adjusted, so that the impact force at the time of a collision can be easily changed.

Can be destroyed. For this reason, it is not necessary to manually monitor the hanging phenomenon or to suspend and destroy the hanging, and the level corresponding to the accumulated amount of powder is always measured correctly in various devices such as melting furnaces and silos that accumulate powder. The effect is that you can do it. Therefore, when the present invention is applied, there is an effect that the steps from taking-out to loading of the granular material in such various devices can be easily automated.
