Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 1.前処置の乱視を決定する工程と、 目標とする乱視を規定する工程と、 目標とする乱視と前処置の乱視との間の差である目標誘発乱視ベクトルを計算す る工程と、 この目標誘発乱視ベクトルから角膜の相対勾配の方向と量とを計算し、大きさと 方向での外科処置の方向性をあたえる工程とを具備する計視を解析する方法。
- 2.角度のエラーとエラーの大きさとにより、目標誘発乱視ベクトルを変更する 工程を具備する請求項1の方法。
- 3.前処置の乱視を決定する工程と、 目標とする乱視を規定する工程と、 外科処置の後の達成された乱視を決定する工程と、目標とする乱視と前処置の乱 視との間の差である目標誘発乱視ベクトルを計算し、達成された乱視と前処置の 乱視との間の差である外科的誘発乱視ベクトルを計算し、そして、目標乱視と達 成された乱視との間の差である差ベクトルを計算して、これらベクトルの大きさ と角度と得ることができるようにする工程と、とを具備する乱視を解析する方法 。
- 4.0°ないし180°の範囲内の乱視の角度と大きさを含む前処置の乱視を決 定する工程と、 0°ないし180°の角度の軸と大きさとを含む目標とする乱視を規定する工程 と、 外科処置の後の、0°ないし18010の角度の軸と大きさとを含む達成された 乱視を決定する工程目標と、前処置の乱視と、目標とする乱視と、達成された乱 視との軸の角度を2倍して軸を360°の範囲に変換する工程と、目標とする乱 視と前処置の乱視との間の差である目標誘発乱視ベクトルを計算し、達成された 乱視と前処置の乱視との間の差である外科的誘発乱視ベクトルを計算し、そして 、目標乱視と達成された乱視との間の差である差ベクトルを計算する工程と、 目標誘発乱視ベクトルと、外科的誘発乱視ベクトルと、達成された乱視ベクトル との角度を半分にしてにして、0°ないし180°の範囲に角度値を戻し、さら にこれらベクトルの大きさを計算して乱視ベクトルの大きさとベクトル角度値と を与える工程とを具備する乱視を解析する方法。
- 5.前記ベクトル角度を2倍にする工程は、極座標から直交座標に変換する工程 を有する請求項4の方法。
- 6.前記前処置の乱視を決定する方法は、患者の角膜を測定するか、患者のめが ねの処方せんに関する情報を使用する工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法。
- 7.目標誘発乱視ベクトルを外科的誘発乱視ベクトルにより分けることにより、 調整の係数を決定する工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法。
- 8.目標誘発乱視ベクトルの大きさにより分けられた差ベクトルの大きさである 成功の指標を決定する工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法。
- 9.目標誘発乱視と達成された乱視との間の角度差である矯正の角度を決定する 工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法。
- 10.外科的誘発乱視ベクトルと目標誘発乱視ベクトルとの間の大きさの差であ るエラーの大きさを決定する工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法。
- 11.外科的誘発乱視と目標誘発乱視との間の角度差であるエラーの角度を計算 する工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法。
- 12.差ベクトルの角度と差ベクトルの大きさとを決定する工程を有する請求項 3もしくは4の方法。
- 13.目標誘発乱視ベクトルが、角膜面と眼鏡面との一方での乱視をゼロにする ように目標誘発乱視ベクトルが与えられた場合に、角膜面と眼鏡面とに対する乱 視の結果がどのようになるかを決定する工程を有する請求項1の方法。
- 14.目標誘発乱視ベクトルが、角膜面と眼鏡面との一方での乱視をゼロにする ように目標誘発乱視ベクトルが与えられた場合に、角膜面と眼鏡面とに対する乱 視の結果がどのようになるかを決定する工程を有する請求項3もしくは4の方法 。
- 15.請求項3もしくは4の方法に従って乱視を解析する工程を有する乱視の処 理方法。
- 16.請求項1の方法に従って乱視を解析する工程を有する乱視の処理方法。
- 17.患者の角膜に外科的処置をするための手段と、この外科的処置をするため の手段を制御する手段と、患者の目標とする乱視と前処置の乱視との問の差であ る目標誘発乱視ベクトルを受入れ、て目標誘発乱視ベクトルに従って前記制御手 段を制御する信号を出力する処置手段とを具備する角膜外科的処置をするための 装置。
- 18.前記外科的処置をするための手段は、紫外線放射源とシャッター装置とを 有し、前記制御手段は、このシャッター装置の開口時間並びに開閉速度と、紫外 線放射源の強度とをを制御する請求項17の装置。
- 19.前記処置手段は、前記処置手段が目標誘発乱視ベクトルを計算できるよう に、患者の前処置の乱視と目標とする乱視とに関連したデータを入力する手段を 有する請求項17の装置。
- 20.方法が差ベクトルの角度と大きさを決定する工程を有する請求項17の装 置。
- 21.前記処置手段は、また外科的誘発乱視ベクトルと目標誘発乱視ベクトルと の間の角度差と大きさの差であるエラーの角度とエラーの大きさとを受けて、目 標誘発乱視ベクトルを変更する請求項17の装置。
