Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)分離機を室の幅広端部(5)においてほぼ正接方向に向けた入口を有する内 側円錐室(4)を有する主要部分(3)から構成し、内側円錐室(4)には円錐 状に下側に傾斜させたテーパーを備え、室の内面にはネジ形状を設けた繊維一液 体懸濁液、とくに紙パルプ懸濁液から物質を分離するためのサイクロン式分離機 において、ネジ状内面の螺旋には上側面の第1側面(1)と下側面の第2側面( 2)とを備え、室の幅広端部に面している第1側面(1)が円錐室の中心線と角 度αを形成し、第2側面(2)が円錐室の狭い端部(6)に面しかつ第1側面( 1)と角度γを形成し、第2側面(2)とその延長部が最も近くの下側に横たわ るネジ山の第1側面(1)とともに、室の中心線と平行である螺旋の最も近くの 下側に横たわる部分の螺旋頂点を通過する線を有する三角形を形成することを特 徴とするサイクロン式分離機。 2)角度βが室の中心線と平行に延びる線と螺旋または螺旋状に延びるネジ山の 頂部に載る内側想像面(A)との間に形成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載のサイクロン式分離機。 3)角度αが角度βより大きいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のサイ クロン式分離機。 4)角度αが角度βより大きくかつ45°より小さいことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第2項に記載のサイクロン式分離機。 5)角度γが範囲(90°−α)−90°内にあることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン式分離機。 6)ネジ状表面が室の幅広端部(5)で1つまたはそれ以上の入力を有すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン 式分離機。 7)第2側面(2)はその長さの全体にわたって一定の幅を有することを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいずれか1項に記載のサイクロン分離機。
