Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 1.脂肪組織(A)内の希釈液の浸透および流動化摂動の適用の結合された作用 による流動化段階、および流動化された脂肪組織の抽出段階からなる、脂肪組織 塊り(A)の除去による人体(C)の美容処置方法において、前記流動化摂動が その少なくとも1つに管状の孔明け器が直接関連付けられる1対の電極(9,1 0)によって前記脂肪組織(A)を通る電磁波の発生により発生され、それによ り希釈液が浸透されおよび/または流動化された脂肪組織が抽出されることを特 徴とする人体の美容処置方法。
- 2.前記電磁波が30Hzないし2MHzの間の周波数範囲において発生される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の人体の美容処置方法。
- 3.前記電磁波が30ないし1000Hzの範囲に含まれる低周波で発生される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の人体の美容処置方法。
- 4.前記電磁波が0.3ないし2MHzの周波数範囲の電波であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項に記載の人体の美容処置方法。
- 5.前記電磁波の発生が可変容量において実施されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項または第2項に記載の人体の美容処置方法。
- 6.前記電磁波が連続して発生されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載 の人体の美容処置方法。
- 7.前記電磁波がパルスまたはパルス列により発生されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の人体の美容処置方法。
- 8.希釈液を浸透するための手段および脂肪組織(A)内に流動化摂動を印加す るための手段、および流動化された脂肪組織(A)の抽出のための手段からなる 脂肪組織塊り(A)の除去による人体の美容処置装置において、前記流動化摂動 を印加するための手段が電磁波発生器(17)およびその少なくとも1つに希釈 液の浸透および/または流動化脂肪組織の抽出用の管状の孔明け器(9,10) が直接関連付けられる1対の電極からなることを特徴とする人体の美容処置装置 。
- 9.前記少なくとも1つの管状孔明け器(9,10)に少なくとも1本のホース (7,8)が接続され、該ホースに蠕動ポンプ(5,6)が作動的に連係される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 10.閉止容器(1,2)が前記少なくとも1本のホース(7,8)に接続され ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 11.その各々にそれぞれの電極が関連付けられる1対の管状孔明け器(9,1 0)からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 12.前記または各管状孔明け器(9,10)が熱および電気絶縁材料(9a, 10a)により被覆された少なくとも1つの外方部分を有することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第8項または第11項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 13.前記または各蠕動ポンプ(5,6)が可変速度を有することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第8項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 14.前記電磁波発生器(17)が可変容量からなることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第8項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 15.前記電磁波発生器が30ないし1000Hzを含む周波数範囲の低周波発 振器からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の人体の美容処置装置。
- 16.前記電磁波発生器が0.3ないし2MHzを含む周波数範囲の無線周波数 発振器からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項または第15項に記載の人体 の美容処置装置。
