Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.膨張式のバルーン(7)を端部に備えると共に、流体が流れるのに適する複 数の流路(2、5、8)を備えたカテーテルと、高周波放熱アンテナ(1)と、 一つ又はそれ以上の熱電対(6、6′、6′)とによって構成され、前記放熱ア ンテナ(1)が前記流路内の液体中に没している加温療法のための放熱装置であ って、 前記放熱アンテナ(1)は、該放熱アンテナ(1)を収容した中央通路(2)内 において、該通路を通って前記カテーテルの端部方向に流れたあと第1の開口部 (3)を通って治療すべき膀胱内に流れ込むと共に、前記熱電対(6、6′、6 ′)の電源ケーブルを収容した側部通路(5)の第2の開口部(4)を通って前 記カテーテルの基端部方向に還流する液体中に没し、前記熱電対(6、6′、6 ′)の各端部は、前記カテーテルの開口部(4)から突出していて、前記バルー ン(7)を側部通路(8)及び開口部(9)から流体を注入して膨張させたとき に外側へ偏向可能となるように配設され、該熱電対(6、6′、6′)の外側へ 偏向する端部が、前記アンテナにより放射される膀胱壁(32)に対して接触自 在であることを特徴とする放熱装置。
