【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本考案は孔径を測定するダイヤル
ゲージに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来からてこ杆を２本並設して孔径を測
定する着想はあるが、２本のてこ杆を正確に並設させる
ことが難しい欠点があった。
【０００３】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案の課題は、正確
に２本のてこ杆並設できるてこ式孔径測定用ダイヤルゲ
ージを提供することにある。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本考案の手段は次のとお
りである。
【０００５】文字盤を備えた本体の下端に、前記文字盤
の指針に連けいする測定てこ杆を枢着し突設したダイヤ
ルゲージにおいて、前記測定てこ杆と並んで位置する測
定補助杆の取付部材を、本体の一側面に上下調整可能に
固着し、かつ取付部材の外側面に測定補助杆の案内片を
昇降可能に固定したてこ式孔径測定用ダイヤルゲージ。

【作用】取付部材５のねじ６をゆるめて測定補助杆７の
先端の超硬球９が測定てこ杆３と合致するように取付部
材を移動させ、取付部材５に添設して案内片１０もゆる
めて下げ、測定てこ杆３と測定補助杆７とが正確に並ん
だ位置で、取付部材５を固定し、次いで案内片１０も元
の位置に上昇固定させ、測定てこ杆３と測定補助杆１と
を被測定孔に挿入して測定てこ杆３を動かし測定する。

【実施例】図中符号１は文字盤２を備えた本体、３は本
体１の下端に枢着した測定てこ杆で、上方は本体内に収
容され連絡部材（図は省略）に連結し、歯車機構を経て
指針４を回転させる。
【０００８】５は本体１の側面にねじ６により上下調節
可能にした取付部材でその下端水平面に測定補助杆７を
吊下し、その先に超硬球９を設ける。そして測定補助杆
７はねじ６の調節により測定てこ杆３と並んで位置させ
る。
【０００９】１０は取付部材５に添設した案内片でねじ
１１により昇降可能に固定し、測定てこ杆３と測定補助
杆７とが正確に並んで位置するように案内片１０を図示
鎖線の位置に下げる。

【効果】本考案は以上の構成であるから、測定補助杆の
位置を測定てこ杆と並んで正確に位置させることがで
き、又測定補助杆を取外しててこ式ダイヤルゲージとし
ても使用できる。

    盤の指針に連けいする測定てこ杆を枢着し突設したダイ
    ヤルゲージにおいて、前記測定てこ杆と並んで位置する
    測定補助杆の取付部材を、本体の一側面に上下調整可能
    に固着し、かつ取付部材の外側面に測定補助杆の案内片
    を昇降可能に固定したてこ式孔径測定用ダイヤルゲー
    ジ。
