表面に対して、絵画等を描くことで工事現場の無機質な
印象を取り除いたり、広告媒体等の表示物として利用し
たりすることも行われている。しかしながら、前述した
広大な面積の平坦な金属面は、近隣に対して思わぬ環境
問題を生じさせており、その一つは電波障害であり、特
にテレビ電波を反射することで所謂ゴーストと呼ばれる
受信障害の問題であった。もう一つは、建築構造物の周
囲に生じる強い巻き風、即ちビル風の問題であった。こ
れら電波障害及びビル風は、建築構造物が高層化、大型
化するほどその障害の程度及び影響をおよぼす範囲が大
きくなり、このため最近の大型建築物にあっては外壁面
にグラファイトやフェライト等の電波吸収材を用いて一
定方向に反射する電波を減少させたり、空気力学を用い
て外周面の形状に工夫をこらしてビル風による影響を減
少させたりしている。しかし、これらの環境問題に対応
する建築構造物にあっても、その建築途中にあっては従
来の建築用防音パネルによる広大な面積の平坦な金属面
で覆われることから、電波障害及びビル風の影響が発生
していたそこで、本考案にあっては、建築工事現場等に
おいて広大な面積の壁面を形成した場合であっても、近
隣に対する電波障害やビル風による影響を最小限に抑え
るべく工夫を凝らした建築用防音パネルを提供すること
を目的とする。
