C. Prior Art FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an induction-type electric resistance welded pipe welding apparatus. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 is a tube material formed by forming an aluminum metal plate into a tube. It is inserted between the pair of arranged pressure rolls 2a and 2b and moved in the direction of arrow S. In this case, the V-shaped gap 5 is formed by inserting the seam guide 3 between the opposed edges 5a and 5b of the tube material 1 on the front side of the pressure rolls 2a and 2b as viewed in the traveling direction of the tube material 1. At the same time, the induction coil 6 connected to the high frequency power source 7 having a frequency of about 100 kHz to 400 kHz is arranged on the outer circumference of the tube material 1. Then, the induction current i induced in the tube material 1 by the high-frequency current I flowing in the induction coil 6 flows through the opposite edges 5a, 5b of the V-shaped gap 5, so that both edges 5a,
5b is heated. The both edges 5a, 5b are pressed by the pressure rolls 2a, 2b, the V-shaped gap 5 is closed, and the temperature of the both edges 5a, 5b at the V seam welding point 4 reaches near the melting point,
Welding is performed while being pressed by the pressure rolls 2a and 2b. A cutting tool 9 for bead cutting is arranged on the downstream side of the welding point 4, and the welding bead 8 rising on the outer peripheral side of the welded portion is cut off.

D. Problems to be solved by the invention Both edges 5a, 5b near the V seam weld point 4 shown in FIG.
However, since the material of the tube material 1 is aluminum, spatter is continuously generated and scattered due to its low melting point and easy oxidation. The scattered spatter adheres to the surrounding members. Therefore, the following problems occur.

Due to the problems as described above, defects may occur in the product, or the device may not be continuously operated. Besides this,
Problems such as clogging due to adhesion of spatter to the moving parts of the machine and a decrease in the operation of the moving parts have occurred.

E. Means for Solving the Problems This invention is an induction coil arranged in front of a pressure roll before inserting a tube material formed by molding a metal plate into a tube between a pair of pressure rolls arranged opposite to each other. In an electric resistance welded pipe welding apparatus that heats the V-shaped gap of the pipe material and pressurizes it with a pressure roll to weld and join the V-shaped gap, the upper surface of the pipe between the pressure roll and the bead cut on the welding point side. And a spray nozzle having a partition that extends in the direction perpendicular to the tube is provided, and a spray nozzle that flushes spatter is provided at the upper end of the partition of the shield.

F. Action When welding the V-shaped gap of the pipe material with the pressure roll, spatter is scattered at the welded joint. This spatter is particularly scattered in the upper rear direction of the pressure roll due to the electromagnetic force of the welding current, but the spatter adheres to the spatter shield and does not adhere to the tube surface.
The spatter adhering to the shield is washed away by the fluid scattered from the spray nozzle.

In FIG. 1, the tube material 1 is located behind the pressure rolls 2a and 2b.
A spatter shield 10 having an L-shaped cross section is disposed so as to cover the upper surface of the welding point side. A gutter 10a is formed at the end of the L-shaped horizontal portion of the sputter shield 10 and a projection 10b directed upward is formed. Further, the spray nozzle 1 is provided on the upper end of the partition 10c of the L-shaped vertical portion of the sputter shield 10.
1 is provided, and a fluid for washing out spatter is sprayed from the spray nozzle 11. The spattered fluid and spatter are gutter 10a.
It is collected in and discharged to a predetermined place. 12 is a bead cut. Next, an example configured as described above will be described.

Aluminum spatter is generated in the vicinity of the welding point 4 during pipe forming, and this spatter is scattered in a predetermined direction by the electromagnetic force of the welding current. This scattering direction is the upper rear part of the pressure rolls 2a and 2b shown by the arrow direction in the drawing, and the scattered spatter adheres to the sputter shield 10 and therefore does not adhere to the surface of the pipe or the like. Further, the spatter adhered to the sputter shield 10 is washed away by spraying fluid from the spray nozzle 11.

H. Effect of the Invention As described above, according to this invention, since the spatter shield is provided at the rear of the pressure roll, spatter does not adhere to the surface of the tube, so that the surface texture does not cause indentation scratches or spark scratches. You can get a clean tube. Further, there is an advantage that the bead cutting can be smoothly performed. Furthermore, the induction coil is less burned, and the durability is improved. In addition, since the spatter does not adhere to the mechanically movable part, the movement is smooth.
