に混合気の一部が排出ポートから出てしまい(いわゆる
吹き抜け現象)、混合気の充填効率が低下し、出力の低
下したエンジンとなっている。また従来はこのような吹
き抜け現象を防止するために、エキゾーストポートにサ
ブチャンバを形成し、このサブチャンバ内に生ずる排気
圧脈動を利用して吹き抜けを防止し、混合気の充填効率
を向上させて出力の向上を図っているが、このサブチャ
ンバを形成するに最適な容積も2サイクルエンジンの各
回転域に応じて異なっており、サブチャンバのみでは、
全回転域に応じて、2サイクルエンジンの出力を向上さ
せることは出来なかった。

け、このためエンジンの出力特性が大きく変化して扱い
ずらいエンジン特性となる虞があった。〔発明の目的〕 この発明は上述した事情に鑑み、エンジンの出力特性が
円滑で、しかも低回転域から高回転域に渡る広範囲なエ
ンジン回転数域に渡って出力を向上させるようにした2
サイクルエンジンの排気制御装置を提供することを目的
