【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は防水形の携帯無線機等の筺体構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の技術を図２に示す。携帯無線機の筺体は，トップカバー５とケース６の ２つに分解でき，内部に基板をのせたシャーシ７が実装されている。筺体を防水 構造とする場合，トップカバー５とケース６の継目にＯリング８をはさみこむ。 Ｏリング８は防水のレベルに応じ初期圧力を与えつぶしておく必要がある。その ためシャーシ７を介してトップカバー５とケース６をネジ９で締め込んでいる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
前述の従来技術には，Ｏリングに初期圧力を与えるためそれを与える構造物と ，それに耐えうる筺体の剛性が必要である。そのため，筺体の外形寸法に対し， 内部実装可能空間が小さくなる欠点を有していた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
図１に本考案を示す。携帯無線機の筺体は，トップカバー１とケース２の２つ に分解でき，内部に基板をのせたシャーシ３がある。トップカバー１とケース２ の継目に全周にわたってパッキン４がまたがっている。このパッキン４はシャー シ３によりその位置を保持される。

【実施例】
以下本考案の作用について説明する。 パッキン４はトップカバー１の内側全周にある斜面１ａに接触するとともにケー ス２の内側全周にある斜面２ａにも接触する。この２つの接触部が一体で形成さ れるため，パッキン４の断面はコの字となっている。トップカバー１とケース２ の継目より水が侵入すると，水はパッキン４にさえぎられてその内側へはいけな い。またパッキン４に外部からの水圧がかかればかかるほどパッキン４の接触部 が斜面１ａ及び２ａに押圧されることになり，水圧に対応して自動点にパッキン 力も変化する。このためパッキン４に与える初期圧力はきわめてわずかでよい。

【考案の効果】
本考案によればパッキンに初期圧力を与える構造やその圧力に耐えうる剛性も 必要でないため，筺体の内部実装可能空間を大きくとることが出来る。 このため携帯無線機の小形・軽量化が実現出来る。
