2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional safety shoe, a toecap made of metal or hard plastic is provided on the inner surface of the upper, and the lower end edge of the toecap is folded back along the outer peripheral edge of the front sole of the shoe. In this structure, the folded bottom part of the toecap is directly supported by the upper surface of the front bottom. In recent years, in the field of safety shoes, there is a growing demand for a comfortable feeling of use, so the midsole part is made of a soft bottom material such as rubber with a high cushioning property and high-foamed polyurethane to meet these demands, and moreover, an outsole. A two-layer sole safety shoe has been developed, which consists of a hard sole material with high abrasion resistance, such as low-foamed polyurethane or hard rubber, to simultaneously secure the abrasion resistance that is the original quality of safety shoes (utility model registration No. 1823814), it has been widely implemented.

In the two-layer sole safety shoe as described above, the folded bottom surface portion of the toecap is formed of a soft sole material while sandwiching the folded edge portion of the upper, and has a high cushioning midsole. It is placed on the upper surface of. Therefore, when a vertical pressing force is applied from above the toe box, the pressing force is, as a dynamic vector, directly downward, obliquely downward, horizontal direction and all of the outsole material through the flexible midsole. It was the result of being diffused in the direction. Of these, the pressing force diffused in the horizontal central direction has a function of causing the midsole and further the insole in the shoe to fold up so as to be raised together because there is no other place to go. This overlaps with the action of the top plate part of the toe flexing slightly downward due to the downward pressing force, and secures a volume that can sufficiently protect the toes of the toes inside the toe. Was difficult. Therefore, in the two-layer sole safety shoes, there is a problem that the original function of the safety shoes, which fully protects the toes, is slightly impaired in the event of heavy objects falling onto the toes, which is expected most at work sites. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to ensure a sufficient space for protecting the toe even when a vertical pressing force is applied from above the toecap. It is to provide layered bottom safety shoes.

[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] Safety in which a toecap is provided and the outsole has a two-layer bottom including an outsole part made of low-foamed polyurethane or hard rubber and a midsole part made of high-foamed polyurethane or soft rubber. In the shoe, a toe core holding plate made of a hard material having rigidity is embedded so as to correspond to a part or all of the lower surface of the folded-back bottom part of the toe box so that the lower surface contacts the upper surface of the outsole portion. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems by using a two-layer sole safety shoe including a toecap holding plate.

[Operation] Through the toe-holding plate embedded inside the outsole, the pressing force applied from above the toe box in the vertical direction is in contact with the lower surface of the folded bottom surface of the toe box and in contact with the upper surface of the outsole. By being directly transmitted to the outsole made of hard sole material, the pressing force can be prevented from diffusing in the horizontal direction, diagonally downward direction, etc. As a result, in the two-layer sole safety shoes It is possible to prevent the midsole and the insole from rising upward, to secure a space for holding the toes, and to improve the toe protection function of the two-layer bottom safety shoe.

EXAMPLE An example will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 shows a vertical cross-section of the tip of a two-layer sole safety shoe that incorporates a toecap and a toecap holding plate. Reference numeral 1 is a toecap, 2 is a folded bottom surface of the toecap. FIG. 2 shows the entire toe box and the folded bottom surface of the toe box. The toecap is formed using a rigid hard material such as metal or hard plastic, and is premised to have strength to withstand the pressing force. 3 is upper, 4 is backing cloth, 5 is insole, 6
Shows the outsole, 6a shows a midsole, and 6b shows an outsole. Reference numeral 7 is a toe core holding plate of the present invention, which is made of a hard material such as plywood, wood, metal, or plastic and is embedded so as to contact the bottom surface of the toe fold back and the upper surface of the outsole. The folded edge of the upper 3 is sandwiched between the lower surfaces of the folded bottom surface of the. The toe holder holding plate may correspond to only a part of the folded bottom surface of the toe core as shown in 7a of FIG. 3, or may correspond to the entire folded bottom surface of the toe core as shown in 7b of FIG. . The larger the corresponding area between the folded bottom surface of the toe box and the toe box holding plate, the greater the effect of the present invention. The thickness of the toe cap holding plate is set to a size that matches the size from the bottom surface of the folded back surface of the toe cap to the ground contact surface of the outsole. Generally, it is appropriate that the width dimension is about 5 to 10 and several mm. The midsole 6a is formed of a soft bottom material such as high-foam polyurethane, and the outsole 6b is formed of a hard bottom material such as low-foam polyurethane. The toe box holding plate 7 is embedded in the midsole 6a so that the lower surface of the toe box holding plate 7 contacts the upper surface of the outsole 6b. By embedding in this way, the vertical pressing force that has descended along the toe core holding plate is directly transmitted to the outsole made of a hard bottom material, and the pressing force is released to the ground as it is. It is possible to secure a space for holding the toes in the shoe.

[Effect of the Invention] In the conventional two-layer sole safety shoe, as shown in FIG. 5, when a downward pressing force due to a falling object or the like is applied, the pressing force applied to the folded bottom surface of the toe core is
While spreading in all directions such as horizontal, there is no other place for horizontal pressing force, so it acts to push up the soft midsole and insole in the shoe upwards. 5a shows the position of the insole at the normal time, and 5b shows the position of the insole when pushed up. Further, the downward pressing force also acts to slightly bend the upper surface of the toecap downward. 4a is the position of the backing cloth in the normal state, and 4b is the position of the backing cloth when the toecap is bent. In such a state, it is difficult to maintain a space that sufficiently protects the toes of the shoe wearer. However, if the toe core holding plate 7 is installed under the bottom surface of the toe core as in the present invention and the lower surface thereof is installed on the upper surface of the hard outsole, the pressing force applied downward is directly passed through the holding plate. Outsole, can even escape to the ground. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the force from being diffused in the horizontal direction and the like, and thus to prevent the rising phenomenon of the midsole and the insole in the shoe. Even if a pressing force is applied, the space between the toecap and the insole can be stably secured, and the wearer's toes can be protected more thoroughly.
