に戻るのであり、このことが使用者の歩行により反復さ
れるのである。しかして、基板上のスポンジ板とウレタ
ンフォーム板とが圧縮されたときには、スポンジ板の各
透孔内の空気とウレタンフォーム板の気泡内の空気は押
し出されて表面カバーの小孔を通って外部に出る。とこ
ろで、表面カバーの孔は小孔であるため、スポンジ板の
各透孔内の空気とウレタンフォーム板の気泡内の空気が
表面カバーの小孔を通過しようとする際に抵抗を受け
る。即ち、本考案のインソールは使用者の体重により押

は、該インソールはエアクッションの作用と通気の作用

小孔7、7・・・を有する。各小孔7は例えば直径0.
