るコ−ナ−用測定子と同じ形状で、測定子の先端を若干
折れ角度の下向きとする形状の測定子等が用意され、こ
の測定子等を所要の向き及び位置でスピンドル先端部に
固定装着することで、その要求される測定箇所条件に対
応し、所要の測定を可能としている。また、この測定子
等は他の汎用測定子に取り替える必要なく精密測定の多

れるすべての測定子等においても、ねじ締め付け固定の
際における容易性と弛み防止効果がある。なお、本発明
は上記実施例に限定されなければならない理由はなく、
例えばスピンドル先端部分に設けるナットや測定子取付
け用の小ネジに備えるナット等の構成が他の形状のもの
であっても、該精密測定対象の測定箇所条件に応じて用
いる測定子の向き及び位置を随意選択し、かつ固定する
等の状態が上記実施例における各条件を具備するもので
