[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, it is rare that each component, that is, the bolt, the nut, the base material and the spring washer are made of the same material, and in the limit technology using recent new materials. ,
It is not uncommon to use at a temperature that exceeds several hundred degrees Celsius above the time of fastening. When such a large temperature change occurs, the thermal expansion of the bolt may become larger than the thermal expansion of the spring washer. In this case, the spring washer cannot function as a loosening stopper, and the fastening force is reduced.

(B) Configuration of the Invention [Means for Solving the Problem] To this end, the spring washer of the present invention is a spring washer used for a bolt for fastening a member made of ceramics, and is about 5 ° C. A deformation amount exceeding the thermal expansion amount of the bolt at the operating temperature by plastically deforming a material made of a shape memory alloy having a shape raised at a temperature of 10 ° C or higher to a transformation point to a shortened shape at a temperature of the transformation point or lower. It has a spring washer characterized by being remembered.

The spring washer 1 is made of a shape memory metal such as a NiTi alloy, and has a third shape at a temperature of 5 to 10 ° C.
As shown in the figure, the spring washer is molded so as to have a raised shape. That is, a shape memory metal such as a NiTi alloy having a ratio such that the shape recovery end temperature (hereinafter referred to as a transformation point) is 5 ° C to 10 ° C is used to constrain the material formed into the shape shown in Fig. 1 to this shape. Then, it is kept in argon gas at 950 ° C. for 1 hour, then cooled in the furnace as it is, and further kept at 300 ° C. in the atmospheric furnace for 30 minutes, so that it has a memory of the shape shown in FIG. The spring washer 1 is obtained. This is plastically deformed in an atmosphere at a temperature sufficiently lower than the transformation point, for example, 0 ° C., to form an original annular spring washer whose ends are in contact with each other at the notch 2 as shown in FIG. Store at a temperature well below the transformation point of. When the operating temperature of the bolts and nuts is sufficiently higher than room temperature, effective fastening can be obtained by using a shape memory alloy having a transformation point corresponding to the temperature.

[Operation] When the spring washer 1 configured as described above is used, as shown in FIG.
In the case of tightening with a metal bolt 6 and a nut 7, the spring washer 1 is fitted between the bolt 6 and the substrate 4 or between the nut 7 and the base material 5 as in the case of using a normal spring washer. However, this fastening operation is performed so that the bolt 6, the nut 7, the base materials 4 and 5, and the spring washer 1 do not exceed the transformation temperature. When the fastening work is completed, the temperature constraint is released.

Next, when the temperature of such a fastening portion becomes high, the bolt 6 bulges due to thermal expansion, but the spring washer 1 also returns to the bulged state shown in FIG. It exerts its function and maintains the fastening force.

(C) Effect of the Invention As described above, in the spring washer of the present invention, when the material is made of the shape memory alloy, the same operation and the same number of parts as in the conventional case cause a large temperature difference between the time of fastening and the time of use. Also in the above, the fastening force can be reliably maintained by the shape restoration of the shape memory alloy in which the deformation amount exceeding the elongation of the bolt due to the temperature rise is stored.
