導ミゾ5及び通電用導体2,2′には、ダイオード素子
本体4、あるいは、短絡バー14が貫通する為の穴7を
明けダイオード素子本体4を誘導したのち、圧力クリッ
プ6,6′の圧力により固定する。又、誘導ミゾ5の両
端には、絶縁バーリア8,8′を通電用導体2,2′の
