この操作部6によりブラシ体4はガイドチューブ5から
突出する位置と収納する位置との間を移動させられる。
このブラシ体4のブラシ毛2の先端は単に切断加工され
ているのみであり、ブラシ毛2の軸線方向にほぼ垂直な
